Baragon is one of the smallest kaiju on record in the world of Remnant. A relic of the ancient past like many of the kaiju, Baragon's species were creatures that shared traits similar to that of both reptiles and mammals and were designed to the greatest natural diggers of their time. Burrowing beneath the ground to such great depths they dwelled in their own underground world, safe from the larger and stronger predators above. Despite choosing to live in the depths of the earth itself, they were not defenseless. They possessed sharp teeth and their claws were capable weapons as well. They could also spring themselves into the air in leaps that would make a frog envious, making sneak attacks very effective for them especially when they would tunnel underneath an enemy and spring out and launch an assault from another direction. However, they held a very unique skill: the ability to fire a stream of searing flames from their mouth, not to dissimilar to Godzilla's breath weapon. Their nasal horns would glow as a signal that the attack was coming, again similar to Godzilla's dorsal spines. In the present day Baragon was awakened when an SDC mining expedition awakened the ancient burrower from his slumber near the boundaries of Vacuo and Vale, around the 11th anniversary of Godzilla's first appearance. Since then this giant fire-breathing, reptilian mole has devoured countless wild animals an livestock, not to mention any unlucky humans or faunus who happen to get in his way. The creature isn't seem evil however, merely trying to survive and exist in a world that has changed so much since his kind's time.
