Bakugo's POV:
I'd just spent the last couple hours trying to calm Eijiro down. He accidentally let the situation slip to his parents and now they want to meet both me and Tashi.

Kirishima: Oh my god I messed up so bad! I didn't have to give them a response when they asked me what happened at the training camp! I didn't have to mention you or Tashi but I did! I'm sorry!

Bakugo: Kiri, calm the fuck down, okay? It was an honest mistake, and they didn't seem that angry. Alright? Let's just get this over with, and roll with it.

This seemed to calm him decently so he went up and knocked on the door. Within a few minutes someone who I assumed was his mother opened the door.

Kirishima: H—hi, Mom...

Eijiro's mom gave him a slightly pointed look before quickly smiling at me.

(A/N: I just came up with initials for Kiri's parents, if there are confirmed names I'll change them.)

T. Kirishima: Hello, there! You must be Eijiro's friend, Bakugo, right?

I just nodded politely and shook her hand.

Bakugo: Bakugo Katsuki, it's nice to meet you.

T. Kirishima: It's nice to meet you, too.

Then I lifted Tashi up so she was more visible and spoke again.

Bakugo: And, this is our daughter, Tashi.

I noticed a flash of shock and a slight amount of disdain. But it went away as fast as I saw it. She looked down at Tashi and had an unreadable expression on her face. Only to immediately change back to her old smile.

T. Kirishima: Oh, that's great. Come on in!

I was expecting a bit of sarcasm with the first sentence, but didn't hear any.

I noticed Eijiro shaking and gently took his hand in mine.

I couldn't say this to Eijiro then, but I already could tell why he was nervous about his parents. Even if it was for less than a second, I could easily see the shock and slight disgust when I introduced Tashi to her.

I gave Kiri's hand a gentle squeeze and saw him smile weakly at me as we walked in.

Eijiro lived in an average house, not big enough for six or seven people, but they were plenty comfortable. Eijiro's mom led us into the living room where Kiri's step-dad was waiting. Once he looked up at us he already seemed to know why I was here.

But he seemed better than Eijiro's mom. I heard no sarcasm in his words, saw no questionable glances or looks, and in general he was very kind and friendly.

R. Kirishima: Hi, you must be Bakugo I take it? Kirishima Riku, nice to meet you.

I smiled politely and shook his hand.

Bakugo: Nice to meet you, too, sir. Bakugo Katsuki. And I'm sure you already noticed Tashi?

Eijiro's step-dad smiled and looked at Tashi.

R. Kirishima: Is that what this little one's name is? And yes, I saw her when you came in. How old is she?

Eijiro looked away for a minute before looking back at his step-dad.

Kirishima: About five months from my count.

Eijiro's step-dad smiled at both of us after looking at Tashi.

R. Kirishima: And she's healthy I hope?

Kirk and I both nodded earning a brighter smile from Eijiro's step-dad. I felt a huge amount of relief knowing that I could at least be on good terms with him.
