Leo glanced at his friend. "Sooo...about Lorenzo's daughter..." Leo started. The other male hummed in response as his friend brought up the conversation they had earlier that day.
"You saw her." Leo said. "Yes." The other man laughed a little. "Meoww~." A black haired cat purred. "Don't forget to thank Mister Bubbles." The other male said while he patted the black cat. Leo laughed at the cat's name.
" 'Bubbles'. It's kind of funny hearing that from a mafioso like you, boss Miguel." Leo grinned.
Leo:
Red hair. Green eyes. Medium colored skin. 22 years old. He helped 'Miguel' escape from prison and works for him.
'Miguel':
Real name: unknown.
Age: 26 years old
He has black hair, sickly pale colored skin and black colored eyes.
"You did a good job, Bubbles. Now we can always see where Lorenzo's princess is." Miguel grinned before he started laughing crazily.
Meanwhile by Lorenzo:
"Dan." Lorenzo called. "Yes?" Dante replied. "What's the fuss about downstairs?" Lorenzo asked. "I don't know. I send Emilio to see if everything's alright." Dante responded. "I see..." Lorenzo muttered.
"How is (y/n)?" Lorenzo asked. "I told Matthew to take a look. He has not called you yet?" Dante said. "No. I spoke to him yesterday, but I haven't heard of him today..." Lorenzo frowned, his voice was laced with concern.
Lorenzo grabbed his phone and dialed Matthew's number, worried about his friend and underling. A few minutes passed, no matter how much Lorenzo called him...no one answered.
"Dante! Lorenzo!" Emilio shouted while barging through the door. Lorenzo and Dante tensed up. "What's wrong?" Dante asked. Emilio was panting a little as he tried to catch his breath.
"Matthew is dead..." Emilio said. He looked sad and averted his eyes from Lorenzo and Dante. Their eyes widened slightly in shock.
"Who did this?" Lorenzo asked even though he had an idea... "Miguel." Emilio replied. Lorenzo cursed under his breath.
Dante frowned. "I told Matthew to secretly check on (y/n) like you told me...If Miguel's gang killed him...Were they perhaps...?" Dante trailed off while he eyed Lorenzo.
Lorenzo looked pissed off. "I will kill him..." Lorenzo growled. Dante patted his shoulder. "We feel the same, Lorenzo. We will avenge Matthew." Dante said.
"I have an idea..." Lorenzo spoke up after a short silence.
"Hello? This is (m/n)."
"Hey." Dante replied through the phone.
"Who is this...?"
Lorenzo rested his chin on his hands as he glanced at Dante and gave a meaningful nod.
"Is (y/n) alright? Dante asked.
"What?! Who are you?!"
Dante hung up. "I feel like we have made things more suspicious..." Emilio sighed. "It's good that way...That means they will protect her better. Although I'm the only one who can protect (y/n) properly." Lorenzo closed his eyes, trying to calm himself down.
