Chaeyoung's POV

"You won't wait for the others?"

"Nah. I think I'm going home first, I'm sleepy." I said then I stretched my body.

"You're always sleepy. Take care on the way home, baby cub."

"Bye, hyung." I waved then I walked my way home.

Finally, after a long boring day at school, I'm finally going h—

"When will you stop bugging me?!" I paused when I heard two people arguing in a small alleyway near our school. I stopped then I peeked to see who's it and guess what, it's the two of them... again.

"I just want you back, Mina! I love you and swear, I was just drunk that's why I had a one night stand with her!"

"I don't care, Jackson! That still counts as cheating!"

Aish. This Jackson is really something, huh?

"Why can't you just forgive me? Is it because of that Chaeyoung?"

"Yah, Jackson Wang." I came closer to them.

"You again? When will you stop interrupting us?" He stood straight, flexing his height. This bitch.

"When will you stop bugging Mina?"

"Who are you to tell me that? You're not even her girlfriend."

"Right, she's not my girlfriend..." I paused.

"But I'm hitting on her so you better stop your shits or else I'll show you how bad you are being her ex." I said and I held Mina's hand then we walked away.

"You okay?" I asked her while we are walking.

"Yeah, thanks. You can go home now, you don't have to worry about me."

"Nah, I'm bringing you home. He might continue bugging you if I don't."

I can see through my peripheral vision that she's looking down. I looked at her and I saw her looking at our hands that's still intertwined.

"O-oh. Mianhae." I removed my hand and I scratched my nape.

We became silent for a moment then she suddenly asked me.

"Why are you doing this?"

"You're my friend and I don't like it when someone is hurting my friend." I looked at her.

"But he'll be after you now."

"I can beat him up if I want to." I joked.

"You're personality is very opposite on how others describe you." She looked down.

"They say you're an ignorant and doesn't care about anything else."

Wow. They really describe me as that?

"Who said? Boys?"

"Girls, too, but yeah... mostly boys."

"Pfft. They're just insecure because girls like me instead of them, even though I'm girl." Mina laughed at me showing her gummy smile. She's actually cute tho.

A few moments later, we arrived at her house.

"I'm going now." I smiled at her.

I was about to go home, but then she called me.

"Yah, Chaeyoung." I looked at her.

"Sleep with me tonight."
