The blue thing disappeared and Five suddenly fell out from it, landing face flat. I let go of Vanya's hand as we began to walk closer to him. His suit was oversized, making me assume that he was the old man.

"Does anyone else see little Number Five, or is that just me?" Klaus, making Five look down at his body.
"Shit." Five said as he looked down at his body and realized what Klaus said was true.

We were all gathered in the kitchen. I was sitting at the table, next to Klaus. I was still in shock. 'Five disappeared and then after 17 years. He just reappears and not to mention the fact that he looks like a fucking 13-year-old kid! Five, he's my best friend, well was. I don't think that we're still best friends after he disappeared.

I mean we definitely wouldn't be close anymore. But hey, at least he's still my brother.' I thought to myself. Five then suddenly grabbed a chopping board and a knife and then slammed them on the table causing me to flinch a bit, but not enough for the others to notice. Five then sighed and walked away to grab something.

What's the date? The exact date." Five stated as he grabbed some bread by the counter.
"The 24th," Vanya answered
"Of what?" Five once again questioned
"March," Vanya answered
"And it's also Sunday," I said suddenly as Allison looked at me.
"Really." She said as she lifted one of her eyebrows.
"What? He was the one who wanted the exact date, not me." I said
"So, are we gonna talk about what just happened?" Luther questioned as Five just continued to make a sandwich.
"I don't think he wants to, or even cares to talk about it," I said out of the blue, then suddenly Luther gets up
"It's been 17 years," Luther stated as Five scoffed
"It's been a lot longer than that," Five said obviously annoyed by Luther then he teleported behind Luther and stepped on a stool to reach whatever was on the shelf.
"I haven't missed that." Luther said
"Where'd you go?" Diego questioned
"To the future. It's shit by the way." Five said casually as he teleported back to the table
"Called it! And (Y/n) you owe me 5 dollars." Klaus said
"Like hell I do. And since when did we bet on that?" I said
"When we were 8. Don't you remember?" Klaus said, acting shocked
"I can't even remember what I had for breakfast." I said as Klaus laughed and Five sighed
"I should've listened to you, (N/n) and the old man, you were always telling me not to. You know, jumping through space is one thing. Jumping through time is a toss of the dice." Five said as he grabbed something out of the fridge and went back to the table.
"Nice dress." Five stated as he looked at Klaus and then back down.
"Oh, well, danke!" Klaus said as I laughed
"Wait, how did you get back?" Vanya questioned
"In the end, I had to project my consciousness forwards, into a suspended quantum state version of myself that exists across every possible instance of time," Five stated as my literal 3 brains left, died.
"That makes no sense." Diego stated
"Well, it would if you were smarter," Five stated as he didn't even bother to look up, making Diego mad, Diego stood up, but luckily was held back by Luther.
"Still smug, I see." I said as Five didn't even bother to look up.
"Still the same." He said then he looked up. "I see..." He said as he looked back down once again.
"Fuck off, I just did the hair like an hour ago, and the height? Well not everyone can be tall..." I mumbled not being able to find a perfect comeback
"Whatever you say." Five said as he scoffed
"How long were you there?" Luther asked
"45 years. Give or take," Five stated as my eyes grew wide
"So what are you saying? That your 58?" Luther said as he and Diego sat down while I sat there in shock.
"No, my consciousness is 58. Apparently, my body is now 13 again." Five said as he looked up at Luther and then back down, finishing making his sandwich.
"Wait how does that even work?" Vanya questioned as Five walked away and turned his back on us, looking at something else.
"Delores kept saying the equations were off. Eh." He said as he took a bite of his sandwich. "Bet she's laughing now," He said as he walked back towards us.
"Delores?" Vanya questioned
"Hmm." Five hummed as he picked up the newspaper that was on the table. "Guessed I missed the funeral?" Five stated as he threw the newspaper back on the table.
"How'd you know about that?" Luther asked
"What part of the future do you not understand?" Five said as he looked at Luther smugly, so I rolled my eyes
"I saw that, (Y/n)." Five said
"You saw nothing." I said back
"Heart failure, huh?" Five asked which was probably a rhetorical, but then Diego and Luther answered, so gives a damn
"Yeah." Diego said
"No." Luther said as he glared at Diego a bit.
"Hmm." Five hummed once again as he clicked his tongue, "Nice to see nothing's changed." Five pointed out randomly as he looked at me, while I rolled my eyes
"We all moved out. What'd you expect?" I said, making him scoff and roll his eyes
"You know, I expected you to kick my ass the moment I got back here." Five said out of the blue.
"Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me." I said, grabbing a random item from the table, which just so happened to be a knife, then throwing it beside Five's head.
"You missed." He said as he left the room.
"Uh, that's it? That's all you have to say?" Allison questioned
"What else is there to say? The circle of life." Five said casually as he walked out
"Smug bastard." I said out loud
"Well... That was interesting." Luther said
"Interesting my ass, I'm going to kick his little ass." I growled
