You woke up after a hard sleep, you kept seeing green lights, and a whispers... Your head felt light... you checked the time 12:15 am You couldn't stop seeing your father, hearing his last loving words. you decided you'd go for a walk, you didn't know why but felt like you needed to, you were climbing the stairs to the Owlery and looked over to the quidditch pitch... you should get your Brom from the Gryffindor changing rooms as you hadn't already. You got your owl and headed over to the Pitch.

"Hey Stormcatcher." You said scratching her chin. You went outside and she was hooting and you smiled as she flew around your head a few times.

You Made it to the changing rooms, you grabbed your broom and decided a late-night fly would help, with the harsh whispers of hate you were hearing. You flew over the lake and stopped over the water, it was deep, if you fell there was a chance you'd never come back, you notice you were at least 22 meters away from shore. You looked at the moonlight.

"Stormcatcher. If I don't come out of the water make sure to try and hide my broom on shore... Please." You said looking at the bird. You watched at the bird fluttered off and you lowered yourself so you were maybe 4 meters above the water. You just felt it calling to you, in the moonlight.

Your breath hitched, you looked into the looming blue darkness... maybe this was dumb, but what is more peaceful and quiet than the water? The forest is never quiet, Slytherins common room is always dim, and not for you ... You don't belong in the Gryffindor common rooms, maybe this was best, just a silent place to think. The bubble head charm should keep you safe.

Third person Pov

Peter was reading on a windowsill in raven claw tower, he heard tapping and looked up to see a owl, he let the owl in and it pulled on his sweater he tried to shoo it but it wouldn't leave.

"Whoa! What do you want?" Peter said putting down his book. "You don't even have a letter." He said, the bird managed to draw his attention to the lake that's when he saw you sitting on the edge of your broom as if you were going to jump in. "What the hell..." Peter said to himself not knowing the bird had left.

The owl was now tapping on seventh year Gryffindor boys room. When a ginger boy opened it expecting to see a letter the owl pulled on his pajamas and saw you now standing on your broom. George must've let out a sound and it made Fred come to the window.

"What is it Georgie?" He asked.

"We have to go." George said running and getting on his shoes. Fred looked out the window and he watched along with Peter and George you holding your wand to your chest and letting your back hit the water. After a moment you did not breach the surface three begin to run towards the lake.

You stood on the broom and faced the school, if this ended up being the last breath you took you'd want to see the school... you felt unreasonable... so many questions... you couldn't help but think about what you had lost... whom you had lost. Maybe the water would bring you peace of mind.

You took a deep breath and slowly fell back letting your body sink into the water, you had the bubblehead charm and you felt the cold water and gasped and you could hear nothing but the water around you, and your own breathing. You looked at the moonlight seemed to get further away and you were sinking deeper, you closed your eyes to reflect on your thoughts.
