A/N: I apologise for the complete and utter disaster that was the last chapter. I wrote it at 12 o clock at night, was rushing, and I hadn't updated in a long time. This Chapter is a bit shorter than the others, though bear with me. Please forgive me. Enjoy!

Song choices for this chapter:

Scream - Sergey Lazarev
Ódýr - Hatari (It's in Icelandic, but the lyrics have such a deep meaning, and the song in general makes me think of suffering and depression)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My eyes are dry, numb. No more saltiness can escape from me, only panicked sounds in the form of pants and whimpers, as my head is buried in between my knees. I've already cried enough; so many tears that I can fill three Olympic swimming pools.
If only I'll wake up tomorrow, and he'll be right next to me, with that familiar chuckle.
It's my fault Kaminari's dead, I didn't follow him as he ran. I thought he'd be okay.
I couldn't save him, I didn't show up fast enough. He only screamed when he managed to spit out the red ball lodged in his mouth. I know because it had saliva and bite marks tearing through it's surface. Thinking about it, I think I heard muffled sounds from the garden. Yet I was too distracted.
I could've prevented this if I had his back, if I just didn't care about the stupid challenge and gone to help. To hell with the flag. I wouldn't have seen his insides displayed for all to see, all in a pool of his dark red, clotty blood, deep cuts in his neck...
I clench my bent legs closer to me, curling up into a ball, a cocoon if you will. Maybe it'd shield me from the yelling in the other room. I mean, I got my 'reward'; my own room. It's not worth it at all. I'd rather sleep on the floor, because frankly, these white bed sheets make me feel more guilty. I'd rather not leave the room, things are chaos to say the least.
"WHOEVER THE FUCKING TRAITOR IS, SPEAK UP, YOU BASTARD!"
"BAKUGO, THE TRAITOR ISN'T JUST GOING TO GO UP AND ADMIT TO WHO THEY ARE! OR ELSE WE'LL HAVE TO KILL THEM! THEY KNOW THAT!"
"DON'T REMEMBER SEEING YOU ANYWHERE, FOUR EYES!"
"WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?!"
"OH, YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT! IT WAS YOU WHO KILLED KAMINARI!"
I need to intervene, and immediately. Things will definitely escalate. I can't just sit here and cry. Kaminari wasn't even the closest friend I had. He was definitely one of the most fun ones though.
If only it were me...
I stand up, leaving the softness of the plush blankets, releasing a deep breath. I don't even have to look in the mirror to see my eyes are swollen and nose is red, nor do I have to look at the bed to see there are so many snotty tissues.
I slowly open the door, the bright lights of the hallway flooding my vision. I'm surprised I was left alone for so long. I walk across to the large room we were all in yesterday, they're probably all in there anyway.
My hand trembles as I knock on the door a bit, then walk in. Bedsheets are anywhere but the beds, I think I see a broken lamp, Kirishima is curled up in a ball on the bed, just as I was earlier and Kacchan and Iida are going at it.
"You don't have an alibi!" I hear Kacchan yell, his finger pointed at Iida, who's just got his arms crossed on his chest, eyes tearful.
"It doesn't matter if I was there or not, what matters, is that we know the game can't go on without somebody dying each challenge. I'm telling you, it wasn't me!" Iida exclaimed, his teeth gritting.
