Ethan

"Love is... Turning his head."

You were just finished with your patrol with Harry but your task for the day wasn't done yet.

You have to go to the storage area to check a few things that might need to be thrown out.

Because you were so busy, you hardly had the time to see your one and only ravenhead and unbeknownst to you, he was also losing his damned mind thinking about how much he misses you but couldn't go to where you were.

Lawrence needed him to repair something, and being the matured big brother type that he is, he couldn't really say no.

That was why when you passed by each other in the second floor hallway to go to your respective stations, Ethan couldn't help but look at you a bit too long.

He followed you with his eyes as he walked that he didn't see the shelf standing proudly in front of him and hit it full on, rattling the contents and some of them actually falling out.

"Oh my gosh, Ethan, are you okay?!"

Eugene

"Love is... The song in your heart."

Eugene has been acting pretty upset lately and you don't know what to do to make him feel better.

He asked you to sing for him a few times in the past, but you were so embarrassed with your musical skills that you refused him every single time.

He finally got tired of asking you on your last night watch together and just all out whined yelling at you that you don't love him because you couldn't do something so simple.

You felt guilty.

You felt sorry.

You wanted to apologise to him but he kept ignoring you like a disappointed preschooler.

Deciding that you've had enough with your lovers' quarrel, you plotted a way to get him to listen to you.

On your next night watch, you accused him of not loving you enough given that he's been ignoring you for something so shallow and ran to the music room pretending that you didn't want to be with him.

Of course, Eugene had to follow you.

He needed to apologise for his childish actions and let you know that he does love you.

He stopped at the door when he heard soft music playing inside the music room.

It wasn't as flawless as the way he plays but the uniqueness in the tune was enough to let him know that it was a personal composition.

Considering you were the only person on the floor aside from him, he knew instantly it was you who was playing the piano - using the keys that you learned from him.

Eugene exploded in a blush when he heard your soft voice echoing in the silent room, your melody resonating within the walls.

What made it better was the idea that it was him you were singing about. Spelling his name in a song using adjectives that you'd use to describe how you feel about him.

You finished the song with an "I love you." and took a deep breath as you let your hands fall to your side, proud of what you've achieved knowing he's right outside to hear every last word.

He knocked after a while and you turned to face the entrance of the room.

Opening the door, he stepped in, looking anywhere and everywhere but you.
