(The following day, Jace was discharged from the hospital, he went home and got settled in, the next thing he heard was his phone ringing and he answers)
Jace: hello, who is it?
Diego: it's me Diego
Jace: Diego? Whose phone is this?
Diego: no time to explain, just listen carefully to what am about to say
Jace: ok go ahead
Diego: your mom somehow knows that your girl intends to go back to her home country, so she plans to bomb the plane she's boarding
Jace: how do you know this?
Diego: doesn't matter
Jace: thanks D, you've been very helpful
Diego: happy to help, just stay clear of danger and be careful
Jace: I will (hangs up)
Diego:(drops the payphone and sighs) well, that's a relief (about to go when Owen points a gun at him) what do you want Owen?
Owen: I want you dead
Diego: that's fair, you know I never really liked you, I always told Jace that's there was something about you that didn't seem right
Owen; enough! I'm just gonna say this once, beg for your life
Diego: sorry Wen, guys like me don't beg for anything
Owen: I'm sorry you just have to die (shoots him)
Diego:(dodges the bullet) it's that the best you can do?
Owen: try me
(They both fought for a while before Owen pulled the trigger)
Owen: sorry Diego, you're it
Diego: think again
Owen:(checks himself and sees a hole in his stomach) what? how?
Diego: you see Pat, when you fight with pros like me, you lose
Owen: don't call me Pat. You're pay for this
Diego: I don't think so, see you later (leaves)
(Owen stays on the ground bleeding. Due to his loss of blood, he could no longer breath and he died)
Jace: I think something's wrong (dials Diego's real number) hello Diego
Diego: hey Lee, I've got something to tell you
Jace: what is it?
Diego: when I ended the call, your brother ambushed me and almost tried to kill me, we got into a gun fight and he pulled the trigger, he thought he shot me but he shot himself instead
Jace: is he dead?
Diego: I don't know cos I left
Jace: do you know where he is?
Diego: yeah
Jace: ok, I'm on my way
Diego: Jace are you sure you're strong enough?
Jace: dude my twin brother might be dead I'm strong enough
Diego: fine, I'll text you the address
Jace: fine by me (hangs up)
Diego:(texts Jace the address)
(20 minutes later)
Diego: here he is
Jace:(sits on the ground next to his brother) Pat, why did you die? You were an instrument for Leigh now you're dead, no matter what you did I know you did it for a reason, you wouldn't accept to be her accomplice on your own unless you were forced
Diego:(searches Owen's pocket and sees a flash drive) Jace
Jace: what?
Diego: you have to see this
Jace: what is that?
Diego: it's a flash drive
Jace: maybe it has everything in it. I need to take this home now thanks D
Diego: no problem dude (leaves)
