As I leap out of the way I feel the entire earth shake around me. Rolling to my feet I look back to see the hand of the giant mecha sliding across the ground coming twords me, sprinting twords it i jump as high as i can and slam my spears edge into the wrist of the robotic beast, holding on to the best of my abilities Cordovan takes me for a ride, trying to shake me off like a small bug. As my head spins circles I realize I'm looking right into Cordovans eyes in her cockpit.

(Ven) "geez talk about overcompensation...."

(Cordovan) "RRRAAAHG!!!"

She pulls back the mechas arm in a javelin stance and aims me out to sea.

(Ven) ".........Fuck........."

As I feel all my weight leave my body I'm propelled into the air, looking back I see my spear get thrown away from me and into the deep blue sea, after a couple seconds of free-fall I feel my hand get grabbed and all my motion switches back twords land. Looking up I see that Noir is riding one of Weiss's glyphs and has just saved me from literally sleeping with the fishes.

(Ven) "My hero...."

(Noir) "shut up and buy Ruby time, she has a plan"

(Ven) "what plan? Is she gonna shoot up the big massive canaon and blow it from the inside?"

He gives me a condescending look.

(Ven) "you know I should just shut up sometimes"

As he flys me high above the mecha I look into my bag and pull out my old weapon Monochrome a large hand axe that shifts into a over- under duble ballrel shot gun.

I let go of Noirs hand and land right on top of the mechas head, I start slicing and shooting the top of it trying to get Cordovas attention, at this point she's had enough and starts spinning the entire torso trying to throw me off. But I slam my hand axe deep into the armor holding me still. As I hold on tight I see a shadow fly over me blocking the sun from my vision, looking back I see the hand of the giant mecha come swinging down. I'm able to jump out of the way but lose my footing and fall down the side of the mecha I slam down onto the gun arm. Before I could even stand up the torso starts spinning rapidly I can hold on and I'm launched off back twords the cliff, clearing my team all I see is tree bark and I slam straight through an entire tree. My arua busts and I feel small splinters down my back, I look up to see Juane and Ren running to my aid,

(Ren) "are you ok?"

(Ven) "yeah, did you know- uuugh...tree is high in potassium?"

(Juane) "Really?"

(Ven) "I'm gonna pretend you didnt say that"

Looking over I see Oscars and Maria's downed gunship, we all limp over to check on them out of view from Calavara.

(Ven)" Ruby....please tell me I bought you enough time to come up with a plan."

(Ruby) "oh yeah, it's a good one"

As she winks at me I feel uneasy.

(Ven) " i didn't like that, not one bit"

(Noir) "shut up and let her do her thing....I just hope Y:n is alright"

===========Yang==========

As the dust finally settles I look around and see Blake and Y:n, Y:n heavily injured. But no.....

Shooting myself out of they way I feel a blade hit the ground next to me, basting back twords Adam i unleash a furry of blows which are promptly blocked. I feel myself fly backwards and land on my feet, he kicked me in my stomach bringing my aura to its limit, breaking it, now I'm unable to use it.

Blake gets up and runs over to me covering Y:n,

(Adam) "well, back to square  one I suppose"

At this point I. Boiling in anger but I'm reminded what dad said to me.

(Adam) "you know it's a damn shame what you're doing to that boy"

He gets my attention,

(Adam) " for the past month or so I've been following you checking on blake, but every now and then you too run away from Y:n keeping out of sight, doing....well you know"

(Yang) "shut up you bastard!!"

Propelling forward I tune out blake telling me to stop it, before i could reach my target, Adam shoots his sword from his sheath and hits me out of focus to meet his boot, he pins m down beneath him and points his gun to my head,

(Adam) "pity, I was just starting to have fun"

Blake starts to move twords us. But Adam presses his barrel against my head.

(Adam) "Ah Ah Ah, my love. You're gonna sit back and watch, back at beacon I made a promise to destroy everything you love, starting with her...."

(Blake) "Adam! Please just stop, I'll go with you now...we can rebuild the white fang."

(Adam) "how cute, sacrificing  yourself to save you're love...reminds me of-"

(Y:n) ADAM!!

looking back to where Y:n was. I see him standing up, holding his gut in pain.

(Adam) "speak of the devil, you know those wounds gotta hurt, hell you might have even lost an eye"

(Y:n) "stop this"

Silence falls, nothing but the sound of the water fall behind us...

(Adam) " since you gave it too me...I'll give you the chance to leave....we're even."

(Y:n) " I'd rather die..."

(Adam) "so be it..."

With a quick movement, my eyes cant stop looking at Y:n...with a sword in his chest peaking out his back

(Yang) "NOOOOOOO!!!!!"

as his knees hit the ground he looks up slowly and smiles at me, before phasing into thin air.....

*BANG, BANG*

two shots ring my ears, the pressure of Adam's foot leaves me. I Look to where the shots rang out I see Y:n holding his gun pointed past me. Looking back I see Adam with a hole in his hand and leg, crawling away

As i walk past yang I reload the half broken hikari, again I have to wipe the blood away from my eyes, the right cant see much but it's still there.

(Adam) "hehe- nice move"

(Y:n) "Adam..."

He just looks at me with a murderer's stare.

(Adam) "I give up, I guess the jail life cant be as bad as the humans treat us"

I see him shift over and look at blake

(Yang) "come on y:n let's turn him in and help the others"

I finally lose it, my hair ignites and my eyes turn red,

(Adam) " ha...I guess that's how it is, Xander left a note for you, he says he saw you, back at haven. He said to take my sword when you kill me. Funny huh, he saw you and didnt go to help you"

(Y:n) " you do owe me a sword"

(Yang) "Y:N NO-"

*Bang*

Sorry about the wait guys, I've been think about Vol 7 and how I was gonna do it, I think you're gonna like it, the next chapter will be the last for this book but I'll immediately start on the next
