-"You two. Who are you?” you called the two boys who were hiding in the bushes and they slowly turned back, eyes wide open like their eyeballs were about to pop out. “Tell me who are you?” your hand immediately went inside your pocket to pick your knife.

-"What are you doing here? You don't seem good humans” you asked breathing heavily as anger started to fill inside you.

-They gulped when they saw your ears slowly starting to change into a pointed one and your hair shining brighter than usual, indicating that you were turning into your real self.

-"Speak" you yelled pointing your knife and they slowly raised their hand, turning blue because of fear. “Y/N” you looked toward your left just to see Jungkook and Jinae. This time your anger was on top of your head as you never liked Jinae hanging out with the ones whom you adored the most.

-"I said speak" you raised your knife in the air to stab on their neck but got interrupt by someone's grip. “Taehyung-ah” your eyes instantly filled with tears when you saw him holding your wrist. “Oppa" Jinae exclaimed in surprise.

-"Don't pour your anger on someone" Taehyung snatched the knife from your hand. “Where were you?” your voice trembled seeing your best friend after ages. “Let’s go" he smiled covering your ears with the red scarf that he was holding.

-"You're not safe right now” he picked you in a bridal style fleeing with the speed of wind. He then placed you on the ground carefully, your back resting over the huge tree. “It’s yours” he smiled caressing the oak tree. “And that's mine" he pointed the tree which was in a meter away from yours.

-"Why did you disappear all of a sudden” your tears finally rolled down soaking your soft cheeks. “Hey don't cry” he smiled wiping your tears with his thumb. “Yah do you have any idea how much I missed you" you pulled him into a tight hug, hiding your face on the crook of his neck. “Shh" he patted your head.

-"Look at me" he tried to release the hug but you again tighten your grip, shaking your head repeatedly. “This is the first time you touched me. It's not even a touch, it's a damn tight hug" he chuckled at his word. “Stay like this for some minute" you sniffed and he nodded, patting your head again.

-After some minutes, you released the hug slowly while looking at his face which you missed the most. “Hmm, your nose still gets red when you cry" he pinched your nose making you pout. “Let me see your ears" he unwrapped the scarf carefully.

-"You're back to normal” he smiled stroking your hair. “Why did you leave?” you slapped his chest. “You know I don't fit here" he said resting his back on the tree. “I wanted to live a human life as I was never treated like other elves" he sighed. “Yahh you should have told me before leaving" you protested.

-“I didn't want to give you another stress that's why I decided to leave without informing anyone” he said. “You've helped me enough. I still remember when you saved me from elves who bullied me. That was our first meet, right?” he chuckled and looked at you.

-"Umm…..wish I could go back to those days where we three, I mean we two used to be happy” you smiled, remembering your childhood. “Now just look at me, I don't even age. I still look like I am 19 year old girl" you scoffed.

-“But isn't that cool? You're immortal whereas me, I'll die-"

-“Yahh….this dirty mouth" you slapped his lips. “Stop hitting me or I'll leave right now" he whined. “Okay sorry sorry" you giggled. “And, are you still not in good term with my sister?” he asked and you rolled your eyes. “Aigoo" he pulled your cheek.

-“You’re still a child from inside. It was just a guy, you should forget about it. In fact he wasn't good enough for you" he said releasing his hand from your cheek. “Just a guy?” you exclaimed looking at him.

-“I used to like him and I accept that I was jealous when he chose your sister over me” you looked down. “Oh come on, don't be childish. You guys were still young just forget about it and talk to each other. She says she misses the old you" Taehyung held your shoulder trying to find your face.

-“Yeah I too miss her but my jealousy took over me. I mean it wasn't even her fault but still" you started to have the flashback. “It’s not even her fault to be so pretty” you said playing with your fingers. “Pretty? Jinae?” he scoffed. “She is, every elves drool for her beauty. Even my brother” your last word came in whisper.

-“I never found her pretty. For me you're the prettiest one among the other elves” he smiled. “Yahh stop with that false compliment” you slapped his arm. “Again" he clinched his fist and you giggled. “I'm going” he stood up. “Why?” you held his hand.

-"I need to look at those two idiots" he said. “Hmm? Idiots? Two?” you stood up. “The one whom you were about to kill" he mocked you. “Do you know them?” you asked being serious. “They are my friends" he replied.

-"Really? Oh my god what did I do. I need to apologize” you instantly regretted for your action. “You don't have to worry" he smiled ruffling your hair. “Please say that I'm sorry to them" you were guilty for what you did. “Umm I will" he smiled. “Okay then, bye” he waved at you.

-"Wait. First promise me one thing" you said. “What?” Taehyung asked. “Promise me you'll again come here" you showed your pinky finger. “Okay I promise" he interlocked your pinky with his, showing his boxy smile.

-"And say hi to your grandpa and brother from my side" he waved and left within a second.
