I CANNOT IMAGINE MY LIFE BEFORE READING THIS BOOK!!! It's so gooood. The translator did a great job in the translating the novel because it is so beautiful. I cannot express in words what I feel for this book. I just want to throw in any words that is synonym with magnificent. IT'S THAT GOOD! I love Wei Ying and Lan Zhan. They are perfect together and they balance each other. It felt like they were yin and yang. I love how the author wrote them as this perfect couple but also very flawed people. They really felt human and realistic even though it's a fantasy novel. I love them both so much, they deserve each other. Although I did have a problem with the long flashbacks in the story because I felt it was too much for me. One extra story also had a problem with consent and it made me uncomfortable reading it.

The drama made me fall deeper in love. I felt like the actors were really Wei Ying and Lan Zhan. They also had good chemistry that I watched every cracked video about them on YouTube hahaha. I'm really proud of Sean Xiao and especially Wang Yibo as I have liked him since UNIQ. I hope to watch more of their projects soon! Although their is a scandal going on with Sean Xiao and I hope he's okay, but we are not gonna talk about that here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE!!!
