Praise the Lord for Gethsemane and Calvary for it was there that the Gateway of Life was opened for us. There the Lord of glory suffered such unspeakable agony for our salvation. Yet in the agony, He has triumphed victoriously! The veil is torn, we can run to Him for salvation.
Psalm 143
Answer and hear me, not because I have any right, but because You are good! Impute not my iniquity unto me, rather, cover me with Your righteousness.
When in distress bring to mind God's perfect track record. Think on it. He is the God of old. He is unchanging. You are my greatest desire! I need you. Forsake me not or I perish! Show me and lead me down the paths of holiness. Teach me. Keep me humble and teachable. Deliver me for I flee unto Thee to hide me and protect me like a child to her Father. I know I am safe in You. Help me and guide me all the days of my life.
Genesis 41
Give all glory to God. Humble yourself before Him. He will exalt the humble and humble the proud. God will do nothing except He reveal it to His servants the prophets. God's Word serves to correct, teach and admonish.
Be wise in your transactions. Wicked days are coming.
Can others say of me they see the Spirit of the One True God in me?
Jeremiah 20
Expect persecution for following God. Realize in holy fear the Lord is great than we and has prevailed. Those that do know their God will be strong and do exploits. They can't be silent! Know of a surety that the Lord is with me "like a mighty terrible One"! What can man do unto me? Thank You Jesus for the hedge of protection!
The Lord will try us, so we can know what's in us. He cannot be fooled. He sees the real us. Praise His glorious Name! We can cast our cares before Him. He has delivered us. Praise the Almighty Redeemer!
Mark 7
The Lord calls out with rejection men's traditions being tacked onto His laws. Listen to His Word. That which defiles us comes from our sinful flesh and heart. Pray in repentance. He hath done all things well. Glorify Him in all things!
