How it All Started

Adam Raymond, currently known as Adam Richman, had ruined the lives of millions for his own benefit. He had been taught from a young age that anyone that wasn't the higher class, like him, were disgusting animals. Because of that mindset, hey always felt repulsed at the fact they were even the same species but tried to bury it deep down, that is, until he turned twenty years old. When he was nineteen he started his own business focused on chemical science. He always knew he had to do something about the 'commoners', so he used his business to make a mutation. The mutation gave people animalistic traits and instincts. It was extremely dangerous and he often made people who worked at his company go past what the job requirements were and tested the mutation on them. 

He had originally made the chemicals into a drink, but after multiple trials and errors, he thought it would be faster and more efficient to just inject the serum into the subjects. The shot method worked, and no one knew how or why, but the man forced anyone who had less than two million dollars to get the shots. Most just assumed Adam bribed the government with his insane wealth.

There were at least sixty kinds of different shots. Adam hadn't made a solution for it yet, but before the first year had ended, he had made a system. The system depended on the person's birth month and day. The month would decide if you were predator or prey and the day would decide what animal you were. Adam had made it illegal for humans to adopt any mutants because he feels they deserve the life they lead and don't deserve any crutches.

As the years went on, Adam and his team kept working on the mutanage, they kept perfecting it until it was exactly how Adam had wanted it. They made it so none of the mutant genes would travel to the baby and the baby would be born a normal human baby so that the baby could be injected with the right serum and be turned into the right species. Because of this, millions of families have been ripped apart and not many- if any- family relationships are biological. 

Because of the instincts the injections give people, predators and prey have to be separated, or else the predators will tear the prey to shreds, and it's a similar story for predator and predator of different species.

People have been forbidden from working in mutation or chemical fields if they are mutants, and sometimes even if they are just humans. Adam worries so much that someone might make a cure so he has very strict rules and surveillance for the mutant and chemical departments.

The year is now 2020, Adam Richman is now 98 years old. People have gotten used to this terrible man's ways, and everything started functioning normally, besides the fact predators can kill anything and get away with it because of their instincts.
