Ch-41 Forgiveness

Anushka thanked God . After few hours Virat was shifted to normal ward .At evening Anushka was allowed to meet Virat .

Virat was still sleeping from the effect of medicines. Anushka was looking at him without blinking her eyes .Tears were flowing from her eyes with mixed bag of emotions .She was happy that Virat was fine and at the same time she felt guilty for distrusting Virat.

She was shedding tears when Virat suddenly opened his eyes.

Virat murmured Anushka's name.Anushka instantly got by his side and held his hand.A smile crept on Virat's face .

Anushka started talking to Virat"Vee I am sorry I didn't trust you and accused you wrongly . I wish I trusted your love .I promise you that that I will never distrust you."

Virat instantly said " Nushkie you are not at fault. The circumstances and events made you think so."To this Anushka replied " I know who is at fault . AMY! She is the one who has done all these things.

Virat raised his eye brows and said" Amy ? Who is Amy ?

Anushka told her "Amy! AMAYA PATEL!! My LOOKALIKE is behind all this mess. She has killed our baby and she is the reason behind rift in our marriage.

Hearing this Virat was shocked. He thought Karnesh must have told everything to Anushka .Virat was thinking deeply when Anushka told him" Amy herself confessed her sin in front of me and pleaded for forgiveness .'' Virat was astonished and exclaimed" Did she really confess! But how did it happen as she is so clever .Anushka shot back at him "How did you know that she is so clever?".Virat was at a short of words he was trying to come up with an explanation but Anushka caught him and said I know that you are trying to hide something .Now Vee tell me what is the truth!!.Then Virat told her everything from the beginning and Anushka felt lucky to have Virat as her husband and said "Promise me Vee from now onwards we will face every difficulty together and I love you Vee!" Virat smiled and replied " Promise Nushkie!"

After that Naira came to see Virat and wished him get well soon. Naira was about to leave when Anushka said to her " I want Amaya Patel behind the bars. ". Naira tried to speak" I know she deserves punishment but jail....she has her life ahead and...." Anushka interrupted her " I don't want to listen anything inform the police Naira. Naira nodded as she could not argue further and went outside .

Suddenly Anushka remembered someone had donated blood to Virat . So,she inquired the nurse about the donor but the nurse told her " The donor wished not to be named as he wanted to help you selflessly". Virat and Anushka said in unison" But we want to thank that person!!. Nurse told them "We only disclose the name of the donor when the donor himself permits to do so ."

Virat and Anushka looked disappointed but they understood that It was the hospital policy and they respected donor's selfless act and his wish to be anonymous .

After sometime another nurse came to check Virat's vitals and she had a file in her hand while she was taking the vitals she kept the file on the side table.

But suddenly when she turned around she hit the side table and dropped the file . Papers from the file got scattered on the floor .Anushka hurriedly started helping nurse in gathering up the papers .Suddenly Anushka's eyes caught a paper.This paper had a bold heading BLOOD DONOR'S DETAILS and it had Virat's name and Donor's name written in it.

When Anushka read the donor's name her eyes widened😲.The donor's name was written AMAYA PATEL.

Anger was evident in Anushka's eyes. She immediately dialed Naira's number and asked her to come in the room. Virat knew that Anushka was angry about something but he kept quite.
