I woke up this morning feeling sad, almost nostalgic. Yesterday was supposed to be a really good day. It had everything to go well, but for some wicked reason life likes to play around with me!
I was supposed to go to Billie's concert the three days she had them in LA, but now I wasn't so sure if I should go. As soon as I woke up, I sent a message to Yuna and we talked for a few minutes before agreeing to go out for lunch with Lucca. Elijah was working so he wouldn't be able to go.
So, that's where I am now.
"So, will you tell us what happened?", I told Yuna that I would tell her what happened with Billie, at lunch, that way I could get both hers and Lucca's opinion. Telling them what happened made me realize that maybe it wasn't something worth so much drama, but it still affected me and made me think twice about everything going on between Billie and me.
"Do you want my honest opinion?", Yuna asked, looking at me straight in the eyes. One of the things that I love about her is that she'll tell you what's on her mind and she'll give you her honest opinion, especially when it involves people she cares about, "I think that, yes she was a bitch! She could have talked to you without being rude and plain mean, but I also think she did that because she doesn't know how to act in front of her friends, when it comes to you and what you both have going on!".
It made sense. What was going on between us though? We never talked about it. We kissed. We hugged. We were sweet and corny around each other, but we never said what was going on between us. We never put a label to it. I know that many times labels don't mean anything, but we never decided that what was happening between us was something that we wanted to carry on doing.
"Do you like her?", Lucca asked me, making me look at him, sitting on my left, "I know you like her, but do you see what you guys have going further? Do you see yourself dating Billie?", if I was being honest, yes I do see myself being more than a friend to Billie, but the question is, 'does Billie see herself being more than just my friend?'.
We kept talking and even discussed the news Kyle gave us over on our group chat. He was still in Brazil representing the dance studio, and he met a girl that really got his attention and he even asked her out on a date. I always thought he would end up with Mina, but I guess that was just something of my imagination.
