summer in venice

we   danced   freely  between  the  sunflowers .   we  didn't  know   where  life    would   take   us.
you  see  it was   summer  in  venice  where the  weather  is  always warm.   grandfather  was a war. and grandma was  making  old soup for when he returns.

it  was  on  warm days  like  this   that  make   me  think  of   you

you asked: do you love me?

a) no ha. this can't be love I don't love you, leave me alone. you always talk about yourself. let's talk about the sun and the moon the sun in all its beauty with its warm summer rays and ripe skin.

its pretty and all / but have you/ seen the moon.

oh boy I don't understand how no-one talks about her she's beautiful the ivory that's drapped down her glittering skin and pearly white eyes. that's why only goddess can breath the same air that she can

b) maybe.    but I'm feeling nostalgic today. wrap your bruised fingers around my throat. remember how we both spent the night outside because you were to scared to stay inside by yourself.mosquitoes are plunging their swollen heads in my thighs tell me I'll be ok. i know there's blood on your lies

C) yes
