"hello" i answered
"is this kelsey tomlinson?"
"yes this is she" i said
"are you the official parent of emma hemmings?"
"yes i am her mom" i sat down

"what is it?" i asked
"ma'am emma hemmings parents would like to be the official guardians again"
"what? can they do that? i'm her official parent! me and my husband adopted her" i said
"ma'am they can unfortunately do that, there will be a court session between you, your husband, and her parents"
"when will this be?" i asked
"in three weeks"
"that's so soon" my voice cracked
"yes we know"
"well then me and my husband will be there" i said

"they can do that?"
"yes why is everyone asking" i said
"sorry"
"i don't know what to do, i have to see her parents in 3 weeks" i said
"everything will be alright"
"no i'm going to loose emma" i cried
