Haechan burst through the door and plopped on to his bed with a sigh. "Why can't we just not work on the project?" Min-kyung rolled her eyes, grabbing her bag and taking out her binder "why can't you just do the project?" Haechan's rolled on to his side, leaning his head on his hand "I guess I had different plans..." Min-kyung scoffed pushing Haechan's hand and his head falling.
"Hey!" Min-Kyung giggled, chucking Haechan's bag at him "get to work lazy ass." "damn, okay then babe." He slid off the bed, joining Min-Kyung on the floor. He pulled out his paper and pencil. Clearing his throat he started asking the questions. When he got to the last question he felt a lump grow in his throat. "I don't have to ask the last question right?" Min-kyung sighed "the Soulmate one? No everyone already knows it."
"Hey, it's not that bad" Haechan smiled kindly at the girl. "I guess, if you were my Soulmate it wouldn't, because it's what would've brought us together..." Haechan's eyes lit up at the mention of him being Min-kyung's Soulmate. Min-Kyung stared into his starry eyes, admiring their chocolaty hue. "Min-Kyung.." Haechan whispered, his breath slowing down. He stared the girl right back, extending a hand to grasp hers.
Min-kyung's breath hitched, and her lips parted in surprise. Haechan had messy hair and his shirt wasn't tucked in correctly anymore, but he looked better than ever. Min-kyung had never noticed how her heart would go crazy every time he was near; how she felt butterflies erupt from inside her when they made eye contact. He was so effortlessly handsome and Min-kyung had just somehow noticed. Haechan's eyes lowers to admire Min-kyung's lips.
He placed an open palm behind her head and he pulled her closer, their warm breath mingling together. They closed their eyes slowly. Min-kyung wanted it- him, only something felt off. It was wrong, he isn't hers, he'll never be... Min-kyung pulled away, quickly standing up. "What's wrong?" Min-Kyung felt her palms get sweaty as she racked her brain for an excuse. "I have to go to the washroom, excuse me."
She bolted out of the room and Haechan groaned, laying on the floor with his hands on his face. "what was I thinking?" he stared around the room, a colorful flyer sticking out of Min-kyung's bag catching his attention. He cocked a brow as he tugged it free. He read it and smiled. "Pool party huh?" "Hey!" Min-kyung ran in snatching the flyer from Haechan. "Why are you going through my stuff?" Haechan smirked "you're gonna go to Mark's pool party?"
Min-kyung stared down at the flyer "maybe... " "You should, I'll be there and Mark's one of my best friends, his parties are the best." Min-Kyung scoffed "I'm not going to go just because you tell me to" she shoves the paper back in her bag. "Besides, it's a college party, I've heard many things about those." Haechan shrugged "all good things I suppose?"
Min-Kyung pulled her bag over her shoulder, adjusting it slightly.Haechan shook his head "Woah, where are you going?" Min-Kyung turned around "that was the last question right? You can write the biography on your own." Min-Kyung walked out the door "wait! No I can't! Min-kyung! " Haechan followed the girl down the stairs, wrapping his arms around her when he catches her. "You can't leave just like that!" Min-Kyung opened the boys arms and kept walking.
"I'm sorry Haechan, this thing- The way you're acting, I just- it's not right." Min-Kyung grabbed the door handle and opened the door. "Min-Kyung where are you going?" "I'm sorry Mrs.lee, my mom called, I have to go." Minkyung stepped out, closing the door. Mrs. Lee saw Haechan on the stairs, his face scrunched as he was on the verge of tears. She frowned, opening her arms and Haechan ran into them squeezing her lightly. "It's alright child, she'll be back."

"Seo-Young!" Minkyung embraced her friend. "I missed you yesterday!" Seo-Young chuckled "me too, Chang-ho and I went on a date, so I missed school." Min-kyung smacked her "that's such a trite reason to miss school. You couldn't schedule it after school?" "Are you going to the party?" Min-Kyung asked trying to change the subject. Min-kyung thought back to yesterday. Haechan would be there... "Are you okay?" Min-Kyung nodded. "I'll be there." She should just forget him, he means nothing.
Min-kyung walked into her first class, staring at the floor as to not look anyone in the eye. When she sat down she could hear two boys talking. She curiously placed her head down on her desk as a disguise so they wouldn't see her eavesdropping. "She totally tried to kiss me." He clicked his tounge. "You know I thought I would hate you, but now I have more dirt on her. She's going to regret ever taking us for granted."
Min-kyung recognized one of the voices. It was Jung-shin. The other voice sounded off. Like they were intentionally altering it. "I know exactly where to do it. You said she would be there right?" Jung-shin asked. "Yeah, I heard her say so this morning." Jung-shin laughed "this will be priceless." Min-Kyung gasped what are these two fuckers planning... And when were they going to strike...
