most of the ride was silent, until Aizawa spoke up "Hitoshi, what just happened?!"
"honestly I have no clue."
"I thought you knew everything about him?" Hizashi added
"yeah I do. That's why I'm surprised that he lashed out like that. He's always been kind of emotional, but never short tempered."
"well can you call him?" Aizawa asked
"yeah."
ring ring......ring ring .....ring ri-
"h-hello?" the greenette answered the phone in a shaky voice
"Izu.. are you crying?"
he just got a sniff in return
"I see..did you pick up eri already?"
"y-yeah."
"and where is she right now?"
"she's at home, I told her I had to step out for a minute."
"alright, will you be ok?"
"y-yeah just a little shocked is all."
"if you're sure, bye izu."
"wait! thank you for checking on me..."
shinso chuckled "you're welcome! text me later."
he hung up and put his phone back into his bag
"what'd he say?" Aizawa asked
"oh, I didn't ask. It just wasn't a good time, but if you ask tomorrow, im sure he'd tell you
