so hi i'll just uh say my diet i've made and then after a week i'll start do iu's diet.

breakfast:
breakfast biscuit thing (they're called belvita but no one knows what that is so i'll just move on) (200 calories)

lunch:
25 raspberries (25 calories)
half a banana (53 calories) (77 calories)

dinner:
chicken (196 calories)
beans (47 calories)
chips (150 calories)
(393 calories)

snacks:
15 chocolate buttons (134 calories)

(804 calories)

man i ate a lot but my goal is to stay under 1,000 calories
