M: ''Hey,'' I greeted him and wiped a few tears away.
R: ''Hi, you still didn't answer if you're okay.'' He sighed and I bit my lip.
M: ''I told you I'm fine.'' I lied and laid down at my bed.
R: ''But you were lying, you don't need to lie to me.''
M: ''I- I know.''
R: ''So?''
M: ''I don't know, I'm sad but at the same time kinda numb.'' I sighed sadly and shrugged, even though he wasn't seeing me.
R: ''Yeah I know what you mean, can I help you somehow?''
M: ''Not really, it's something I have to fight on my own.'' I swallowed down some tears and felt how the sadness came up again.
R: ''Okay but tell me the moment you know something to cheer you up.'' Rich sighed and I began to feel bad.
M: ''Please don't see me as some depressed heartbroken guy who cries after help.'' It slipped out of me and I could've punched myself in the moment.
R: ''What?'' Rich laughed a bit. ''I'd never see you like that!''
M: ''Really?''
R: ''Really.''
M: ''Thanks.., do you wanna come over?'' I asked without thinking about it.
R: ''It's already pretty late but yeah sure.''
M: ''Okay , see ya in an hour?''
R: ''Yep, bye.''
