These two paladins were dating, they were in love and happy even while fighting a war. 

Once Sendak tried taking over the Castel, the two paladins gained a truce and became close. 

Then before they knew it feelings they normally would hide up soon over too them both before a confession changed it all. 

They started dating and even with a raging war on they still found time to spend with each other and just be in love. 

The other paladins learned the two secret when Keith planned to leave for the blades, the two shared a sweet kiss for luck before he walked on the blade ship waving at her.

Leaving her to tell the rest of the paladins the truth and well most was in shock while others just knew ... Shiro knew and acted so proud over being right. 

Even with distance between the two their bond and their love stayed strong making them keep fighting against Zarkon in hopes to end the war even quicker.

And they won, the war was over and they returned back to Earth once more.

Earth was rebuilt after the Sendak attack and the war was fully over.

Zarkon was dead

Lotor was dead

Haggar was gone

Everyone had their freedom

Everyone had Peace

Everyone was home

The two lovers were happy and could start a life together, be together without fear of losing the other to war. 

Two years passed since the end of the war..

Takeshi Shirogane stayed on the Atlas keeping peace for all planets, living with Adam that was brought back to life like Altea.

Hunk Garret had open a space restaurant and was now engaged to Shay who worked with him. 

Lance McClain lived on his family farm that was passed to him and started dating Romelle. 

Keith Kogane was with the blade of Marmora, helping planets to rebuild.

Pidge Gunderson A.K.A. Katie Holt worked for the Garrison in the labs and part time teacher. 

But Pidge and Keith weren't dating, no one knew why or how it ended but they broke up the night of the first year war anniversary.

Now it was the day of the three years of the war ending anniversary and the old paladins were meeting up once more on Altea by the castle.

Shiro was bringing Adam, Hunk bringing Shay, Keith bringing his mother, Lance bringing Romelle, Matt and James joining Pidge wanting to see the paladins once more. Coran was waiting for his old team on his home planet, his wife and twin daughters left at home knowing to let their father enjoy the single evening he get with his old friends.
