To anyone currently reading, or just reaching this notice and feeling a little confused; chapter 16 is not the end.
I previously wrote an epilogue after 16, in which Calael has died. I have since decided to amend that ending and write several more chapters, as well as editing the entire book from start to finish to include more interaction with friends and family, and more deeply develop Cal's relationship with Artie.
And on that note.. I'm going to be changing Artie's name. Its been three years since I first wrote memento morí; I've matured as a writer and whimsical, historically inaccurate names aren't doing it for me anymore! His new name will be Arthur Finch. And the bombardment of Latin phrases have to go, with his old name.
