Emily's pov
I decided to video chat Jane up and thank her for assisting in me in dressing
"Hi Jane"
"Hey babe"
"U were a great help to me yesterday,jackson even complimented my dress"I told her happily
"Huuuuhn,someone's in love" she teased
"It's not like dat......."
"Nanana Nana,emily is in love"she started singing out loud
"Hi Em,so your date went well"Diane's voice bloomed out
"Mom,Em is I'm love with her boss"
"Stop that Jane"I retorted back
"Whatever"she returned back
"Mom,lets have some hamburgers with Em today"
"Sounds great"Diane replied
"Hey guys,you know I have a job right"
"Yeah"they replied simultaneously
"I'll check my schedule and check when I'll be true"I tried to ease their disapproval
"That's reminds me,Em,ill like to shop for my birthday on Sunday"Diane asked with longing in her eye
"I'll clear my schedule for you,you know I'll do anything to make you happy right" I said a little too sweetly
I hadn't known Jane and Diane for long but they were good people.
"Such a darling"
"Mom don't tell me you love Em more than me now huh"
"Getting jealous are we"I singsang to her
"I need to go now,i don't need to get late since I went on a date with the boss yesterday"I told them after some minutes of chatting

I got to work a little after 7 and prepared for my case by 10,i had to organize my files and and guard myself from well dressed egoistic and arrogant males
I prepared and decided to check with prison department if my client was scheduled for the court case by 10,i had my secretary do it for me,but I was used to doing things myself so I rechecked and headed out of my office at 9:30,i was dressed well,i wore a grey Turtle neck blouse and a grey suit pant that hugged my curves perfectly,i was chubby and had curves in all the right places,i had quite the ass,it was very fat and often left guys staring when I turned .
I stopped as I saw Jackson leaning against the railing,he had this swag and a really cute smile,why couldn't I just like him like that,i walked up to him
"Hi boss"I smiled up at him
"Call me Jackson"
"That will be inappropriate,we are at work,yesterday was a date,they are certainly different"
"I insist"he was still smiling
"Emily,can-i see you after-you are back from court"he stuttered
"I checked your schedule with your secretary"he was talking about my schedule
"I'll just see you when I come back,i don't want to get late"I hurried away from him,whatever he wanted to say,im sure I didn't want to hear it
My case was readjourned,my cause was going well,i was sure my 30 year old murder client would be freed anytime here
I texted Jane and asked her to meet me at 4:00,she agreed and said they'll wait at 3:30 since her brother was around and would drop them,i asked why he couldn't wait but she said he was really busy and had to return back to work,i got curious about him,he was probably really nice like his mom,it would be nice to meet a nice guy.
I got back from work and entered our office building only to find people chattering,immediatey they saw me,they stopped talking,suspiciously,i walked to my office , Midway to my office,i saw Jackson holding a rose and walking closer to me,i was getting a little nervous,he wasn't going to ask me out in front of everyone,or was he-
"Hi"I said nervously
"Hey"he said boldly
"This is awkward"I voiced out my thought
"Emily,the first time met you,i taught you haven't were an angel fallen from heaven,i still think so,i looked back and taught of why I was always so mean to you,i realized that it was because,i was scared of the way I was in love with you,i can't loose you,not now,not ever,ill like to ......."
Everything he was telling me were taking a longer time to process,so my initial thought was right,he was going to ask me out -in front of everyone,and I was going to embarrass him by saying no,because I was obviously not interested and I was not going to pity him and agree to date him.
Before he could say more I dragged him into my office and closed the door behind me,i felt him move too close to me,i was getting scared of him,maybe I didn't think this out well,but I had to sort this out once and for all.
I turned and saw his face a little too close to mine,i started thinking of the possibility of him kissing me,that was too late because he placed his hands around my waist and placed his lips against mine he moved his lips against mine for a little.....I had to stop this,this Kiss was getting a little out of hand,
I pushed at his chest to prevent him from going any further,this only seemed to upset him because he bit at my lower lip causing me to scream,my scream was barely audible because his tongue suddenly invaded my mouth,i stopped thinking and acted on instinct,i pushed at his chest so hard,and held my hands over my body,showing him I didn't like what he just did one bit
"I'm sorry I forced myself on you like that"
"I brought you here to tell you something not get kissed like that"
"Sorry,i was saying.... "I decided to cut him short
"You want to date me right"I asked uncertainly
He nodded
"Look I'm really sorry to tell you these but I'm not interested"he looked really hurt
"Pls just give me a chance to prove that im worth you,ive been waiting to say these for years,i taught about these every day since I met you" it was now or never
"Look I like someone else and it's not you,i really didn't want to tell you this.you are really amazing I realized that as I got to spend time with you,youll find that person one day but it's not me,im really sorry"with that I opened the door and walked out as briskly as I could,not even waiting to see his reaction
