My mom wants to lose wight. I noticed that she always WANTS to lose it. Yes, at first she was afraid that she might be disapointed if she didn't lose any, but she lost wight. She always had that desire in her heart.
If we could do like her and always have that desire, we would always reach our goal. Haven't you ever noticed on MTV on the show "I used to be fat" how when they always start losing hope, they gain weight? Did you see how the men who can't even move start to run? I saw a boy who couldn't even walk for five whole minutes on speed 2 without gasping for air, but now, when he WANTED it and worked for it, he can run at speed 12 for a lot of time (believe me, it's hard).
