Oh my goodness yes! I've honestly shipped them for years I mean this was just a beautiful couple. I mean look at the way Bert looks at Mary Poppins, and how he dropped all of his jobs just to help her take care of some kids. They've also clearly known each other before the events of the movie, so that's a plus.
So yes.
