Some people like to argue that they are fictional so it's ok to ship siblings. But technically fictional is a state of mind and in our minds and hearts they are real. Besides they are siblings. 


                          
Yes loki is adopted. But he's Loki FRIGGAson, and Frigga's daughter was Hela, making them siblings. Loki calls Hela his sister anyway in Thor: Ragnorok.
