Backstory: She and Tempest were friend back when they were fillies and when they were playing catch with their friends, Petra threw the ball too far that it rolled over the Ursaminor's cave. She sends Tempest in first and when she did, the Ursaminor attacked her and broke off her horn. After that, Tempest blamed Petra for that and suddenly used her broken magic on Petra, making her blind in her right eye. After Tempest left, Petra was guilty of what she did, but her mood suddenly changed into a psychotic smile and left as well. A few years later, she finds Tempest as the leader of the Storm guards. During the Storm King's reign, she used an Obsedion orb and turns him into stone and destroys the body. She wanted the power for herself. After she was defeated,she tried to use the Obsidion orb at the Mane Six, but Tempest got in front, turning the two of them into stone. Twilight turned Tempest back, but the princess feared that Petra will return to normal, so she puts her in a place where they held Tirek
