* means that this is only required if your character is called by anything other than their given name. This includes undercover operatives and D-class personnel.

** means that this field is only satisfied depending on your character's role. For example, a Researcher may have a Research Specialty, but a Tactical Response Officer will have a favored weapon or fighting specialty.

INFORMATION ON UNIFORMS:
Researchers normally wear business wear, such as a turtleneck or dress shirt (and sometimes also a tie), as well as dress pants and shoes. Some researchers may wear skirts or a dress, depending on if they're more comfortable moving around in them. All are required to clip their ID card to their upper pocket - more information on ID cards and access cards later.
Researchers have a black Foundation logo on their lab coat over their heart (basically symmetrical to where their upper pocket is).

Guards, mobile task force members, and tactical response team members all usually wear a uniform similar to a SWAT team: black, armored, and with the Foundation logo instead of the SWAT logo. Depending on the SCP they need to keep contained/capture, they may have large shields. All typically have some sort of automatic rifle along with other weapons.

The Site Director is usually expected to wear business attire.

D-Class personnel wear classic prison jumpsuits with the black Foundation logo over their heart. Below this and across their back is their designated number, also in black.

THE ID CARDS AND ACCESS CARDS:
ID cards and access cards are horizontal. Both cards are given out to all non-D-Class personnel. ID cards have the owner's face, name, date of birth, occupation, clearance level, and classification letter. Each ID card also has a color-coded stripe on the top of the card for classification letters:
   - A: Brown
   - B: Yellow
   - C: Light blue

Access cards, however, simply state what access level they can be used for. These cards are programmed to access only what their owners are given clearance for. For example, a Level 4 Researcher can only access the rooms of whatever SCPs they have Level 4 clearance for, as well as any SCPs they have lower clearance for. The only exception to this rule is the O5 clearance card, which grants access to everything. These cards also have a color-coded strip to them:
    - O5: Black
    - 5: Red
    - 4: Orange
    - 3: Dark blue
    - 2: Purple
    - 1: Green
There is no level 0 card.
