T'was July, seven years ago
When it all started
This little madness I called
And it was last year when I said, 'This is the last'.
T'was July, seven years ago
When I learned to care
The new lessons of life had been revealed.
I just smiled recalling how crazy I had been.
T'was July, seven years ago
When sweet sad thoughts were hanging.
But don't get me wrong,
This sequel is to tell the world, 'I'm over him'.
