A smile that covers pain,
A crying heart weeps for love within,
Hoping words won't be left unspoken,
Shattered hopes but still trying.
Stars may not seem so bright
Shadows may darken the light,
The moon hides, feeling blue
But my fragile heart will always be with you.
Lonely hours to pass by
Breathing sad memories with sighs
Darkness has taken its time
Wishing heartaches will end tonight.
Close your eyes,
Hear the soft whisper of goodnight.
'Til then, darling of my life,
I pray to see you wake up again with a smile.
