Now next day was karwachauth...

Nandini is thinking about observing the fast..

Manik is very good person but he does not like nandini as wife...

Next day in morning nandini gets up and she does all the things necessary for fast ..
She seems unhappy...neyonika can understand her .she looked at her pale face ...

Kitchen

Nandini and neyonika enters into kitchen,for preparing breakfast

Neyonika looked at nandini.
Then she put her hand on her shoulder..

Neo - nandini beta..kya baat hai..you look pale..if you can't observe this fast then beta it's okay...no need

Nandini turns her side - no mummy ji..it's nothing like that...

Neo - beta fir kya baat hai?Manik ne kuch kaha?

Nandini - no mummy ji...she said in low voice

Neo - beta I know manik does not behave nicely with you but he is very nice person..
He has some bitterness inside due to his past,his father...but beta trust me one day he will love you most in this world..

Fresh tears started rolling down nandini's cheeks..

Neyonika hugs her and caressing her hair..

Neyonika kisses nandini's forehead..

Then nandini wipes off her tears..
N she holds a tray of breakfast and goes to dinning table...Where manik n mukti are waiting for breakfast..

She serves both of them...

Mukti - bhabhi why did you cook today..you will be tired , please take rest ...

N - no mukti I am fine..

Manik is engrossed in himself...

He takes breakfast and was leaving then neyonika stopped him ...Manik aaj sham ko aldi ghar aa jana,nandini ka fast hai..
Aaj karwachauth hai..

Manik - Mom I have a metting and I might get late...n waise bhi who told her to observe fast for me..N top of that I don't believe in all this..
I can't hamper my work due to this all...
Manik says in stern voice

Neo - beta this fast is specially done for husband...this is a ritual..
Neo said in soft tone and trying to convince him

Manik - Mom you know I don't like all this...

Neyonika cuts him in between n says.
You have to come early that's it..now she said in louder and tough tone

Manik doesn't say anything except bye..

This conversation was overhead by someone standing in corner...
She again broke into tears...

Yes it was nandini...

Evening

Nandini is getting ready in her room
She wore a red colored saree with open hair,red bangles , sindoor ,Payal..
All the shringar which is done by a married girl...

Neyonika comes in her room..
Beta are you ready? All guests have come .

Yes mom,nandini said setting her pallu...

Neyonika cups her cheeks : bahut sundar lag ri ho.
Chalo let's go on roof..

Nandini smiles and leaves with neyonika..

Here all the ladies are doing katha and thali passing ...a constant worry is visible on nandini's face...

After this all , everyone is waiting for moon to come out...

Neyonika - kya hua nandini? Why do you look worried?

N - mom..will manik come?

of course he would come, neyonika said assuring nandini...

After 5 min moon is visible in the sky..it was 9.30pm...

Some ladies quickly look kalash and thali and started puja...

Nandini is watching everyone carefully then her eyes meet with neyonika..
A disappointment is visible in nandini's eyes...
N she looks down.

Neyonika dials manik's number on her phone..

M - hello

Neo - manik i told you to come early beta, but still you din't show up till now..
Beta nandini is waiting for you, she hasn't eaten anything since morning...
She said in sweet and pleading tone

M - okay mom..I am reaching there in 15 mins
..

After some time Navya and cabir also comes...

Neo - kitna late aaye ho tum dono..

C - aunty actually Navya ki thodi tabiyat kharab ho gyi thi..Ab roj ek bhar bhar ke thusane wali ladki fast kregi toh yahi hoga na..Cabir said in funny tone..

Nav - haan bol lo..abhi toh itni himmat ni h hum me ki tumhri pitai kre..kal dekhenge tumko..

Nandini also laughed at thier conversation..

Everyone was enjoying including mukti,neo, nandini cavya then manik arrived...

Manik was in white shirt with black coat ...

Nandini saw manik coming and a smile flashed on her face..

By seeing nandini's face.

Neo - lgta hai manik aa gya..

Then everyone looks at Manik...

C - hello sir..bhut jaldi aa gye aap..cabir said in sacarcastic tone

M - hi cabir...

Neo - manik jaldi se change ..fir start krte h puja...

M - change..what change..
Manik said looking at his clothes...

Neo - manik wear kurta payjama...
In kapdo me puja karoge?

M - mom please ...

Neo  makes a sad face

M - fine...manik said in giving up tone.

Manik goes and changes from office suit to kurta payjama and returns after 5 mins..
