Alice looks up when Nyssa walks back into the room. It was her, Jill, and Claire in Nyssa's room.
"I got them sandwiches." Nyssa said, sitting down.
"That's good." Jill says softly, her hand resting on Claire's stomach as they cuddled on the bed.
Claire played with Jill's hair. She often did this when she felt stressed, it soothed her.
Nyssa moves over to the bed and settles on Alice's lap. "Mhm, Chris and Carlos are keeping an eye on them."
Alice nodded. "Why don't your friends trust us?"
"I don't know, they don't trust me either." Nyssa mumbles softly.
Alice sighed. "We have to show them there is nothing to be suspicious of. But how?"
Nyssa shrugs. "Does it matter anymore Ali?"
"If we are going to stay here, it does. If you care at all about these people who used to be your friends, it does." Alice said.
Nyssa shifts and curls further into Alice. "Used to being the keyword." she mumbles.
"Somewhere deep down, you still care for them and they still care for you." Alice said. "You have to believe that."
Forcing a laugh, Nyssa shakes her head before connecting their lips together.
Alice's eyes fluttered closed.
All four girls were distracted by each other. Jill and Claire talking quietly, Jill not wanting to hurt the redhead by trying anything. While Alice and Nyssa made out. Because they were distracted they didn't hear the door to the room open.
Claire was still playing with Jill's hair.
Jill smiles softly and leans in to gently kiss her. "You really like my hair now that it's longer." she teases.
Claire didn't respond.
"Hey, I'm just here to check on your wound, Claire." Caitlin said.
Nyssa and Alice don't pull apart, even after hearing Caitlin.
Jill frowns slightly when Claire doesn't respond before moving so Caitlin can check her over.
Caitlin moved into the room and sat on the edge of the bed beside Claire. "Can you lift your shirt?"
Nodding her head, Claire slowly lifts her shirt.
Caitlin began analysing Claire's wound.
Jill was silently watching, her eyes dropping to the wound.
"I just need to change your bandages and you'll be fine." Caitlin said.
Nodding her head, Claire looks over at Jill who looked upset as she looked at the wound on her abdomen.
"What?" Claire asked, "Jill?"
Jill slowly looks up into Claire's eyes. "I should've been the one driving."
Claire shook her head. "But then you'd be hurt."
"I'd rather be hurt than you." The brunette responds instantly.
Claire shook her head. "I'd rather be hurt than you."
Jill instantly leans in and connects their lips in a passionate kiss. Forgetting that Caitlin was there.
Caitlin cleared her throat and stepped away after changing the bandages. She left the room.
