The beginning // Jason Scott

The Pit

The pit turned out to be the cave outside of the ship.

I was extremely confused on what Zordon and Alpha five expected us to do out here.

"So this is the pit, this is nice right."

"It's just a cave." I say confused

"Alpha Five begin the exercise!" Says Zordon

"Uhhhh sorry guys."

Why is he saying sorry?

What's happening?

"What exercise?" Jason whispers

"Chill out dude." Zach replies

The cave started getting a little darker than usual. Rocks started forming and moving up to make 5 rock creatures.

I took a step back to put distance between me and whatever those things were

"What the hell are those?" I whisper

"These creatures before you are a simulation of Rita's army, they're called putties. You must get through them to get to her." Zordon explains

"No no no Jason!" Whispers Billy

"Relax guys, it's a hologram-"

Zach started walking towards the first putty

"Zach you shouldn't-" I start to say

"Its Like a video game." He finishes reaching the putty.

The putty smacks Zach across the chest and he went flying backwards, hitting the floor with a thud.

"Told you." I whisper

"That's a strong ass hologram." Billy says making me laugh

"Not a vídeo game." Says Zach causing everyone to start laughing.

"This is why you must morphe into your armour. If Rita becomes strong enough she will build her army, it'll be the beginning of the end." Says zordon

"You sir are a ray of sunshine, you know that?"

"Rangers welcome to training." Zordon says ignoring me

"I'm so excited that you guys are back." Says Alpha Five.

... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

The whole day consisted of us trying to find a way to fight the putties and failing terribly.

I got knocked down more times than I can count. I gained about a hundred bruises and cuts and every single part of me was sore.

The same thing happened for the next few days.

It was always the same.

School. Detention. Then training.

We started getting better.

I started getting better.

We tried to morphe everyday, but for some reason we never could.

I felt like it was my fault. I had a lot of secrets. A lot of things my friends didn't know about me. I wanted to tell them but I couldn't.

Today was different. Alpha Five announced that he wanted to show us all something. We went deeper into the cave following Alpha Five as best as we could.
