BANBA & ASUNA | STARS |

It was night time. Everyone was in a druken state after celebrating for Asuna's recovery. Only Asuna, Melto and Banba were the one still sober. Asuna decided to head out for some air. She didn't know Banba followed her. 

She looked above the sky with two single stars. 

"How I wish I can just grab them down." she muttered to herself. She heard a soft chuckled. 

Asuna turned around and became fluster since Banba just heard that. Banba saw her embarrassed face and immediately returned to his serious face. 

"Sorry. Pretend you saw nothing." he coughed and looked the other ways. Asuna raised her eyebrows and mischievously smirked. 

"Ahh--How lucky I am to see Banba's unserious face." she teased. 

"What do you mean?" Banba lied, trying to avoid looking at Asuna's gaze at she moved closer to him. 

Her face was a little red, the alcohol probably is taking its effect. 

"And you're drunk." he pointed out. Asuna pouted. 

"Eh? I'm so not drunk " Asuna stated. She smiled. She was happy that Banba actually became more open up to her and the others. Towa once stated Banba is hard to open up to anyone, but after their siblings met Asuna, Koh and Melto, things changed. 

"Hey Banba-san," Asuna said. 

"Hmm?" He turned around. Asuna was sitting on a nearby bench, looking up at the stars. 

"What would you do if Koh didn't came in time? I mean what if I didn't make it..." Asuna said.

"Nonsense! Those stuffs already passed so you shouldn't even talk about it." Banba interrupted her negative comments. 

Asuna was surprised by the outburst. But she saw how serious and worry Banba's face was, she decided to nod. 

"Sorry. You're right. I shouldn't. But I was so scared back then, that I wasn't able to see you, Towa, Koh, Melto, Canalo, & Ui again...Thank goodness for my own fate, if not I would be one of those stars up there." Asuna muttered and pointed. 

Banba looked up to the stars as well. He sighed. "I didn't mean to--" 

"No it's okay. I know you're worry about me. Thanks for that. It's just funny to see you outburst like that." Asuna giggled. 

Banba stared at Asuna in disbelief. He rubbed his head and sighed. As long that make her laugh, I'm fine with it. He stated in his thoughts. 

"you know, I've always wished to shine like those stars above." Asuna said after a few moments of silence. 

"Hmm...that's nice." Banba didn't know what to say. 

"You sounds so awkward," Asuna teased but then returned to her points, "I mean I've want to shine like those stars and be the light needed at night for my friends and family. Even though during the day, I would be guiding in silence."

"Well, you already is." Banba softly stated. Asuna looked him and squinted her eyes. 

Banba quickly cleared his throat, "I mean..You are the only female in our team. Your presence is always necessary. You and Koh are like our stars, without you, our team dynamic might be nowhere near to saving the world." Banba stated, blushing afterward. 

Asuna warmly smiled. "Arigato." she softly said. She gestured Banba to come and join her as they looked up and saw other stars started to shine next to the two lonely stars.
