Hammy once again finds herself staring at the mirror. She wondered to herself, Is this what I wanted? 

Back then, Hammy was so eager to sign with the company. She never once imagines herself being popular and being famous. Her mind then flies back to the time when she and her childhood crush, Towa, would always sing and play. 

Towa would always play the guitar, accompanied Hammy's voice. She missed those times when they performed in their village. After Towa left with his brother, Hammy was sent to a different planet. They haven't seen each other for decades. 

Towa-kun, where are you right now? She asked in her mind. Hammy soon realized being famous is not easy. She always had to keep up with what the people expected her to be, 

P E R F E C T I O N.

One mistake is not allowed since it could lead to numerous rumors. Her social life was limited. She had to be super careful when contacting her own friends. Most of the times, she was not allowed to hang out with her guy friends alone.

Til' this point, the real Hammy, had been trapped in the mirror. It was like a never-ending maze that keeps on building. stopping her from making out. 

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. She looked up. 

"Come in." she said. 

"Hammy-san, this is your new assistant." the director introduced. A familiar face walked in the room. Hammy felt like her world stop. 

Towa-kun?

"This is Towa. He's your new assistant." the director stated. 

"Nice to meet you, Hammy-san. I look forward to working with you." Towa politely smiled and bowed. Hammy nods back. She worried that Towa had forgotten about her. 

"I'll leave him with you. Please get along. I don't want to waste my time finding another assistant for you." her director warned and left. 

Hammy sighed. Towa was still standing there. 

"You can sit down over there." Hammy said. Towa saw the empty chair, he nodded and sat down. 

"Towa-kun, tell me more about yourself. Since we are working, I need to know more about you." Hammy lied. 

"Are you going to keep pretending like that?" Towa asked. 

"It just simple procedure we all have to follow." Hammy stated back. 

Towa sighed, "I know you Hammy. You hate following these "simple" procedures." 

Hammy softly smiled, "How did you even get this job?" 

"Lots of talents, lots of charms, and lots of humour." Towa joked. Hammy laughed. She realized she hasn't laughed like this since she became the idol doll. 

"You should laugh more often. You always looked so tense during those TV interviews and shows." Towa stated. 

"I wish." Hammy softly whispered. She was back to her thinking state. Towa looked at her sadly. He wondered to himself, What in the world happened to Hammy I used to know? 

Soon it was Hammy turned to get on stage, she sighed as she pulled of her cheerful stage face. Towa looked at her strolling up the stage, performing splendid as usual. But deep inside, he wanted to rescue her. Rescue the one that stole his heart out of all this "fame". Because it hurst him to see her suffering. 

Hammy, Wait For me. I'll save you.
