"how did you even lose all of your recent pens in a span of one day, tsukki?" yamaguchi asks as he saw how tsukishima's got two sets of high quality pens on his hands.
"i just did." he replies, his eyes wandering around the aesthetical store they're in.
"seriously?" "seriously."
yamaguchi heaved out a deep sigh at his response. is his luck that bad that he lost at least 30 pens in one go?
"i'm going to pay up. you got something else to buy?" yamaguchi asks as he turns his back on the blonde male, glancing towards him by his shoulder.
"i need some highlighters, so go ahead. i'll be right there." the taller male replies with a smile plastered his face and without saying anything back, yamaguchi left his friend to where they were.
"okay, highlighters. i must get light colors." he whispers to himself, looking for aesthetically-colored highlighters.
unfortunately, one of the pens from his left hand fell from it's socket, rolling onto the floor in a forward motion, so, he started to follow it like an idiot just to retrieve it, but as a few steps passed by he lost track of the pen and instead of the pen stopping from its track, he spotted a pair of shoes in front of him.
this figure must've picked it up. he says inside his head, lifting his head to meet her eyes, his own eyes widening as he familiarized the eyes he's seeing at the moment.
"i told you that i'll be back. did you miss me, kei?"
