• being the volleyball dorks that you are— you guys would obviously be practicing volleyball all summer.
• sometimes, the boys and your team mates would join, but most of the time, it was only the two of you.
• hinata helps you with spiking— although you wouldn't be needing it since liberos can't spike a ball— but either way, you appreciate the effort he puts in to try to mentor you.
• despite his limited vocabulary, he was a good mentor. maybe it was because you were used to his gibberish, or you were a quick learner.
• either way, he would be a great mentor.
• when it comes to teaching him how to receive, he surprisingly adapted real quick which was a total shock to his team mates, especially to nishinoya, recalling the times he tried his best to teach the first years how to receive.
• seeing how hinata adapted quick, the rest of the first years immediately went to you for help. and by the end of the day, they're receives have improved so much, the third years would thank you endlessly.
