Happiness....?  🤔

Happiness to me is an innate emotion!... 😇

Happiness comes from within! 😊

Happiness is an emotion of bliss and joy! It is really important to keep oneself happy. I usually say, it is important to love oneself for being happy.... 😀😀😀

Today I will share few tips to stay happy:-

👉 Love yourself. Express gratitude to the universe, the nature, the Earth and the Water for giving you a beautiful life. Gift yourself a weekend tour on your birthday or pamper yourself with a trip to spa! Thank the wonderful world for giving you an opportunity to make it more wonderful. 😍

👉 Nurture small blissful incidents and relationships of your life. Don't take people, who bring smile on your face, for granted. Love others, thank them to be the part of their life. Surprise your mother by baking cake for her on her birthday morning. Bring a smile on dad's face by serving him piping hot tea after his hectic day at office. Tease your siblings and cousins and play the long forgotten childhood games with them. Make your spouse happy in a unique way. These small surprises add to the joy and mirth in life. Spread happiness! 🎊

👉 Try helping someone in need. Listen to your upset colleague and give a shoulder to cry. Help an old person cross road. Feed a stray dog. Happiness increases manifolds when you bring smile on the face of others. 😀

👉 Enjoy nature. Visit a garden and stop by to smell the colorful flowers. Touch the dew drops on winter mornings. Sip coffee standing on the terrace staring aimlessly at the horizon and enjoy sunrise or sunset. It gives immense and internal joy. 🌷

👉 Last but not the least, remember you don't anyone but yourself to stay happy! 😁
