Patricia's POV

"Pupunta ka ba?"

I looked at my cousin when he spoke.

"Yeah?" I answered.

"You're not sure, huh?"

We have a reunion. 'Yung batch namin noon. The event will be held at our former school. There were no students at school because late is Saturday night.

"Pumayag naman si Tita diba?" he asked but I choose to ignore him.

Kairon is my cousin in my Mother's side. His Mother and my Mother were siblings. So we don't have a same last name, but we have a same middle name.

He is, Kairon Cruz. Cruz is his father's surname and my father is De Vera, our mother's maiden surname was Mendez.

"Ofcourse. My mother is not killjoy when it comes to events like this." I answered after a minutes.

"I know." he said laughing even though nothing was funny. "So sabay tayo mamaya ah. I'll fetch you here later." he added and I just nodded.

It's been almost three years since we graduated college, and we are now a licensed Medical Doctors. We took ten years to study M.D. The Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree is a five year graduate program intended to teach students the essentials of being a Medical Doctor. The program consists of three years of academic instruction, one year of clinical clerkship and one year of post-graduate internship.

I am now twenty seven years old. It is good na hindi ko naabutan ang K-12, mabuti nalang talaga at maaga akong nag-aral.

Ewan ko ba kung sino ang naka isip na mag-reunion pa kami. There were thirty of us in the same class then, but not everyone passed the board exam to become a licensed Doctor. Hindi ko lang alam kung nag-ulit pa silang mag take ng boarding exam nila.

"So, I gotta go. I just went here to remind you."

"Sige. Ingat, Kai." I said as I waved ny hands at him, tumango lang naman siya bago siya lumabas ng bahay namin.

I sighed and went to my room. I don't have work right now because I only took two days off for this reunion.

I still have two hours to get ready for the reunion. Kaya naman nag-ready na ako ng mga susuotin ko.

Actually we talked about wearing our lab gown to really show that we are now a licensed Doctor. But of course I will prepare my innerwear to cover with a lab gown.

For my top, I choose a turtle neck fitted shirt with the color army green and in lower part, I choose a beige square pants, it is half a span long from my foot, and for my footwear, I prepared a two inches heels sandals with apricot color. My clothes now were ready, I'll just take a bath later.

I lay down on the bed and opened my messenger to see the update of our former classmates in our Group chat.

They are all excited for our reunion later. The design of the venue, the foods, the cathering, and everything was all settled. Our reunion was well planned, naipadala na rin ang mga invitation sa mga former classmates namin.

We have jobs that we have had for longer than two years, and most of us come from wealthy families, so we can afford everything that our reunion costs.
