<Narrator> It was Izzys first day back at school after the summer holidays! She will be walking to school alone as usual as her best friend chloe moved to Birmingham a few months ago.
<Izzys POV> (Back in time) I opened my eyes to see my mam hovering over me... "Mam what are you doing" I said with a croaky voice. "Good morning sweetie, You need to get up now or you will be late for your first day back at school" I let out the biggest sigh. I hate school, mainly because I have no friends and schools just boring in General. "Can't I just stay off" I said to my mam. " absolutely not, now stop been silly and get up" she said to me in a sort of angry voice.
As she left the room she put a 5 pound note on my desk. I'm assuming it's lunch money. Anyways I headed to the bathroom to put some makeup on, not much though I don't like standing out... I then got some clothes out my wardrobe and put them on taking as long as I possibly could.
