The next morning Madison and Kris woke up when the alarm went off.
"Skate?" Madison asks.
"Not today baby." Kris says.
"Okay guess we should go back into the house." Madison replies.
"Yup."' Kris says.
They get up and get dressed. Kris grabs the luggage and they head downstairs. Everyone meets down there. Annalise and Luc were ready to leave.
"Thanks for letting us come along Uncle Kris I had fun." Luc says.
"Welcome buddy. I am glad." Kris says.
Annalise and Luc say goodbye and then leave. The girls get the kids and they head back to the house. The kids were still sleeping so they tuck them back into their fort. They then go and make breakfast. When it was finished they get the kids up dressed and ready. They all sit down and eat.
"We are going to train after breakfast." Sid says.
"Yeah and skate on our ice." Kris replies.
"Yes prepare for the playoffs." Jake says.
"Exactly." Geno replies.
"We have no clue who will be skating tomorrow and who will be training." Justin says.
"Yup no clue." Tristan says.
"I am sure we will find out sometime soon." Meredith says.
"Yes they will have to let you know." Autumn says.
"Right." Anna says.
"They might message tonight." Taylor says.
"True Mario might." Nadia says.
""Yes he might." Madison says.
They finish eating and the girls clean up. The guys head out for a run. A little bit later they come back and head to the gym. The girls throw together a lasagna in the crock pot for dinner. They then head into the game room and play a few games with the kids while they wait for the guys to come back for lunch and what else they wanted to do.
The guys had finished their run and gym workout and was now out on the ice.
"Well it looks like tomorrow is our turn on the ice." Sid says seeing the message from Mario.
"I just saw. That is awesome." Kris says.
"Just need Madison to clear me." Jake says.
"I am sure she will." Justin says.
"She will." Geno says.
"Yeah she will." Tristan says.
They skate and shoot pucks. They then head and shower and go meet the girls into the game room with the kids.
"What are we going to do today?" Madison asks.
"Yeah what are we gonna do?" Nadia asks.
"Just spend time with the kids and relax." Kris says.
"Yeah we should relax." Sid says.
"That sounds good. We have dinner cooking in the crock pot." Taylor says.
"Yes we do." Autumn says.
"Sounds good we can do Tacos for lunch." Jake says.
"Sounds good to me." Justin replies.
"We can play with the kids and watch movies." Meredith says.
"Yeah good idea." Anna says.
"Yes it is." Tristan says.
"Relaxing." Geno says.
They played a few games with the kids until it was lunch time. They then get the taco bar ready and then sit down and eat. When they finished they clean up. They turn on a movie for the kids and it didn't take long for them to be out cold. The girls then go and get some cleaning done and the guys head back to the ice.
A little later the kids wake up from their naps. They all head out to the ice. The kids old enough to go out and join them skating. It was fun to watch. The played mock hockey games and just had fun. They finally call it a day and head inside. The girls go and get dinner ready they had made a salad as well. They sit down and eat dinner. They eat. When they finished the guys clean up. They then head and play games with the kids as they watch a few movies as well. Finally they get the kids ready for bed and tucked into their fort with a movie. The kids were out pretty quickly.
"So all of us are on the ice tomorrow." Justin says.
"Yes we are as long as I am cleared." Jake says.
"That funny you all are on the ice as the first six on the ice." Autumn says.
"I know right and yes please clear him." Taylor says.
"I will tomorrow I promise." Madison says.
"She will." Nadia says.
"Yes she will."Kris says.
"Yeah she will." Sid replies.
"Need back." Geno says.
"Yes we do." Tristan says.
They decided to call it a night. Madison and Kris head up to their room. They get ready for bed.
"Back to work tomorrow." Madison says.
"I know right." Kris says.
"I kinda missed it." Madison replies.
"I know I did too." Kris says.
"You be careful out there." Madison replies.
"I will." Kris replies.
"Good now get some sleep." Madison says.
"You too baby." Kris says.
"I will. Goodnight baby, I love you." Madison says.
"Goodnight baby, I love you too." Kris says.
They make love a few times before falling into a much needed sleep.
