A couple more days past and everything was becoming back to normal.
The kids were sleeping and it was just Jack and Jackie by the fire. Jackie was cuddled into Jack with his arms around her under a nice warm blanket.
"Kid I'm sorry for what happened the last week" Jack said
"Oh Bunny it's fine, as long as I have my bunny back I'm complete" Jackie said cuddling even closer too Jack.
He kissed her head, a kiss so powerful that Jackie could feel the love he had for her in his heart.
"So how was baby kennedy today" Jack asked rubbing Jackie's stomach
"Oh they did great today, I can feel them move today" Jackie said linking her fingers with Jack's.
"I love you Kid and the little life's we made" Jack said kissing Jackie with full force
"I love you too" Jackie said kissing him back and smiling under the kiss
"There's just one thing" Jack said with his head against Jackie's
"And that's what?" Jackie asked
"Who are you?" Jack asked
"Oh no we're not doing that again" Jackie said smiling and laughing
Jack smiled and he and Jackie kissed and they went back to cuddling.
Jack and Jackie may have been separated for a while, but nothing will ever separate the love they had for each other.
