Shall I Go?

"What would we do now? The wand has chosen it's new owner!!"

After what happened between the Princess and the wand. The Magical High Comission had to make a meeting right away. They were bothered for the wand has chosen its new owner.

"Queen Miranda what should we do?"

Another member of the  Comission asked the Queen who was silently listening to them. They turn their heads to the Queen waiting for her answer but all of them  were surprised and amused when the Queen only give them a smile

"Queen Miranda with all due respect, We cant just give to your daughter, Princess Harper, The wand if she haven't gotten any trainings yet. Shes not even ready to be a proper Queen!"

Some of the Members agreed with his statement. The Queen stood up and slammed the table that made them all quite.

The Queens face was calm but you can see danger on her eyes. She was insulted with his words for her own daughter. The Queen believed in her own daughter, she raised her well, she taught her everything she knew as being a Queen.

"Not Yet. Let her be. Afterall she is my daughter. We cant decide nor change what the wand really wants" The Queen spoke

"Now, any problems?"

She raised her eyebrow, waiting for their questions but no one dared to ask again.

"If thats so. This meeting is dismissed. No word shall come out from this room nor all of you, what we've discussed  remains here and will be leave here!"

The Queen was about to step out of the room before she forgot something

"Oh and dont be too worried. Besides, I have plans for her"

She said and before turning her back on them and  leave not even hearing a single word form the members

Harper's POV

"Sweetheart, how are you? Are you okey? May masakit ba sayo?"

Bumaling ang tingin ko kay Mama na nag mamadaling nag lalakad papunta saakin. Hawak hawak niya ang palda niya upang hindi madapa habang naka sunod naman sakanya ang kanyang Handmaiden.

"What happened?" Napahawak ako sa ulo ko trying to remember what happen. I dont have any idea why Im  here in the clinic and why does my head keep spinning?

"You dont remember?" She worriedly asked, I just shook my head in response. I waited for her to explain what happened but she just sigh and shook her head as if getting rid of the thoughts that was bothering hers

"Mom?"

"Oh Uhmm... You colapse A while ago. The Doctor said that it was because you read too much books. You sleep late in the evening and your eyes is getting tired. The doctor advised that you must sleep early in the night" She said and smile. I slowly nod

But deep inside of me has  a part that wasnt satisfied with her explanation. It's like she's hiding something or maybe Im just overthinking. Maybe the Doctor is right, I should avoid reading books late in the night but instead go to sleep early
