Rodimus has ADHD. He doesn't like telling people because he feels like it makes them more frustrated with him than they usually already are.
No one knows except for Drift, though it's quite obvious. The only reason he knows, is because he asked directly when he noticed Rodimus was showing symptoms of having ADHD.
