Rodimus actually hates being a Prime because of the "responsibility" that's comes with it.
He's rather live and enjoy life to it's fullest as an ordinary bot with less power, than be able to boss others around and have more power.
It sometimes makes him uncomfortable to think about the fact that he could boss people around to a large extent.
