"Silhouette"

...

(Y/N'S P.O.V)

It was Saturday, the day of me hiking with Eliza and John, forcefully. It was awkward for me knowing the truth behind John's background. We will go hiking miles before we reach La Push mountains, we we're meeting up at my house.

"Hey." I heard a woman calling behind me, it was Eliza with John.

"Where's our ride?" I asked.

"Where taking your mom's car remember?" Eliza said.

"No we're not, you said you were gonna take your van." I said getting annoyed of her lack of plan.

"Here's the thing, I didn't clean it so I guess we can take yours instead."

I rolled my eyes and took the keys of my mom's car, my mom wouldn't mind.

--Time Skip--

We're at the entrance of the forest, I felt remnants of rain drops, I heard sounds of birds chirping, insects, and the sound of a creature I dislike, frog croaks. The time we entered, I felt something strange reentered my body, I looked around and see nothing but the color of nature. After hours of walking, we stopped, and I noticed Eliza putting out something in his bag.

"What are you doing Eliza?" I asked her.

"Building a tent." she replied.

"Why?"

"To sleep, duh."

"You didn't mentioned to me about us sleeping outside!" I said furiously.

"You don't need to be angry, you can sleep by yourself, while me and John sleep on the other tent."

"Bloody hell?! All you think is ideas to help you be successful on making out with my so called cousin, I wasn't even planning on going with you! You expect me to leave my mother alone in the house for you?! What bloody selfish you are!" I yelled at her and then stormed off. I really hate her underrated attitude. I walked in the opposite direction where we came, and notice myself lost, I hear rustle of grass around me. "Who's there?" I said, earning response so I go on walking not considering myself lost at all, and I heard it again, but this time I saw a silhouette of a man, a familiar silhouette of a man. "Jasper?" I asked, the man approach me making me see his face clearer, "What are you doing here?" Jasper asked, "l was hiking with Eliza and John, and they made me furious so I stormed off and got lost, but it's okay I can find my way back, I think." I said making the last part just for myself to hear, but it wasn't ignored, Jasper smirked with made me blush. He offered his help to find my way back.

"So Jasper..." I started.

"Yes?"

"How does your powers work?"

"Our powers?"

"Sorry, I'm not pusing you to explain that to me, it's okay if you don't want to talk about it." I finished.

He smiled and explain everything to me about their powers being unique in their own way.

It was not long until we reach our camp, I was going to get my bag when John grabbed my hand. "What do you want?" I said in a annoyed tone, "Why are you doing this?" he asked, "Doing what?!" I yelled wanting the conversation to end, "Avoiding me.", "It's rather pitiful for you to expect me to be nice to you after the hiding you did to me." I spouted, "How did you know?" he asked surprised, "Someone who cares told me, someone who isn't pathetic as you.", I walked away with my bag not looking back.

I left them in the forest and took my mom's car leaving them with no ride home. I was still confused, why did he hide the truth about me and my mother, and Eliza, she's really not into friendships, maybe all the time she was with me was just because of her really wanting to snog John. Pathetic little creatures they are.

--Time skip--

The next day I totally ignored them, which makes my schedule different but Alice was still with me the whole time, Jasper and I have 3 different classes. I saw John staring at me in French.

"Stop staring, weirdo." I said.

"I'm really sorry Y/n, I didn't mean to hide it from you."

"Just shut up, you're not forgiven."

French class was finished, I gathered all my books and notes to my bag, and left immediately. I can see Eliza's face on the door waiting for John.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't my precious Y/n, oh I forgot, former." Eliza said, which is ignored by me.

"I'm talking to you, Y/n Thomas!"

"Can't you just leave me alone!" I turned around and saw Jasper.

"What's the problem here?" he asked me.

"Poor Y/n, can't even finish a day without his precious Jasper."

"I'm not talking to you." Jasper said.

"Come on, ignore that creature, she's not worth it." I told Jasper.

We walked away from Eliza to the cafeteria. I wasn't planning on eating but Alice insisted, she said it would be bad for me not to eat human food. I sat with the Cullens, Edward as usual staring at Bella, Emmett and Rosalie being lovebirds, while Alice, Jasper and I was talking about me, again, but I don't find it annoying.

"Oh I almost forgot, again. My pendant, can I have it?" I remembered, "Oh, it's here, but I want to ask you a question first." Alice said, "Anything." I replied, "Are you sure you want to have it? I mean, if this pendant is with you I can't know your future." Alice said, "I know Alice, I want myself unpredictable." I joked, which received a small smile from Alice. She handed me the emblem, and then I put it straight to my bag.

--Time Skip--

Staring at night sky is one of the things that I wasn't tired on doing. I was night routine, then I saw a rather familiar silhouette, Jasper's. I was curious, I wore my jacket and went to find Jasper, I need to know what's happening. I took a deep breath and proceeded into the entance of the woods. I hear rustles, crickets, hoots of owls, and croaks of frogs, which I hate the most.

Five minutes had past and still no sign of Jasper, I start to found myself dumbfounded, I can never catch up with Jasper, he's a freaking vampire. But my nose never failed me, I can smell him around the corner yet no sign of him on sight. I decided to go home and take a good night sleep, maybe my tiredness is fooling me, when a blond girl block my way and my body was in great pain and then all I see is black.

Pain
