"Pathetic pride."

(Y/N'S P.O.V)

My mom and I had left Forks undetected last month, and we're currently staying in a hotel in Paris. My mom didn't complain on leaving Forks when I said that we will be visiting my uncle, in some reasons he likes my uncle.

We are now packing our things up because we're gonna be heading to Bordeaux when I heard a loud knock in our door. I opened the door to see a familiar face, Alice.

"What are you doing here and how did you find me?" I asked.

"I'm sorry, we know that you want to be left alone with your mother but it's about Jasper." she said.

"I told you, give me time to adjust." I said while closing the door.

"He's trying to kill himself." Alice sounds very serious and worried. I froze, there's a feeling that entered my veins, pity and worry.

"Please help us. I know he's not my business anymore but he was once mine, I'm still worried Y/n, he is still a part of me, please help us, help me." She pleaded. I know she's right, she never lie to me, I know that but even though I don't want any business with Jasper, it hurts when I heard the words that came out Alice's lips.

I ran towards my phone and contacted my uncle.

"Y/n, good evening, we're now preparing for your arrival-" I cut him off.

"Hi, um uncle, can you just pick up my mom from the airport early? There is um... an emergency from Forks, it's really urgent, I will just send mom to the airport, thank you." I hung up and quickly finished my mother's suitcase.

--Time Skip--

I've send mom to the airport and now Alice and I are know on our way to Forks.

"Thank you Y/n, this means a lot." I nod, and continued our way, I let Alice sense my presence but only her, I didn't let anyone sense me but her. We arrived, I can hear all of them talking to Jasper.

"You need to hunt." Esme said.

"You're right Esme, I just realized, why would I sacrificed myself on someone who didn't even care about me. I mean Alice and I were fine until that woman came, I can't believe I fell for that pathetic prideful bitch." Jasper said with complete irritation. Alice looked at me.

"You didn't let them sense you?" she asked. If I can cry, I would be swimming in my own tears right now, that's what I expected but instead of sadness, anger filled me. Before Alice can walked, I ran at my full speed to Jasper and hold his shirt's collar up.

"You can call me whatever you want but not behind my back." I gritted my teeth. Jasper's eyes widen and I let him go harshly onto the ground, Alice was there besides me.

"Why would you even try on insisting me on joining your coven if you don't even like me. I can't believe I left my mother just to 'save' a fraud." I said and ran away from them.

I was running out of ideas on where I would go. I can't go to my uncle's place with this condition, and I don't want getting near the Cullens. Then a sudden memory hit me, The Volturi.
