Chapter 41

After I finished my phone call with my dad, I called Quinton back.

Quinton: Hello?

Me: Hi baby, sorry I didn't call, I fell asleep for an hour and my dad called

Quinton: It's okay, so you're on the plane?

Me: Yes

Quinton: Okay, I just wanted to check up on you.

Me: Thank you!

Quinton: Ofc I will call you back tonight or should I do tomorrow since you'll probably go to sleep?

Me: Tomorrow's fine

Quinton: Okay I will call you tomorrow.

Me: Sounds good

Quinton: I love you Maddy

Me: I love you too!

Quinton: Bye

After the call, I played my music again and I fell back asleep.

A few hours later, I wake up because the PA system was going off but I didn't hear it because I had my airpods on. And then I realized that it said that we will be landing in 10 minutes.

I opened the window and I saw how dark it was and I was shocked because the day went by so quick because of the time zones.

The plane lands and I got up with my stuff and I went into the airport.

I get a call from my mom

Me: Hello?

Mom: Hi Maddy, did you land yet?

Me: I just did and im going to the exit now.

Mom: Okay I'm like 5 minutes away

Me: Okay see you soon

Mom: Bye

I go outside and I wait for my mom to come pick me up and I saw her car pull up and my mom came out of the car and hugged me

Mom: Hi Maddy!

Me: Hi!

Mom: I missed you

Me: I missed you too

We put my bags in the trunk and the back seat and then I got into the car and we drove back home.

Mom: Wheres That hoodie from?

Me: It's the sway merch, they gave it to me

Mom: That's nice of them

Mom: How was the cruise?

Me: It was so much fun! We went to the pool a lot, we um had dinner, and we did a lot of fun stuff.

Mom: That's nice, I'm happy that you had fun

Me: Thank you

We arrived back home and I went into my room and I unpacked a little bit and I went to bed.

I really had a crazy cruise this summer!
